Effective women's daily vitamin offering hair, skin & nails health
Good for women to use as a daily vitamin, which I do, as well as good for hair, skin & fingernails health. They're effective, pills are tiny & easy to swallow/use w/no after taste, not smelly and they're reasonably priced here at Amazon. I greatly appreciated the free 2-day shipping with Prime. Otherwise, these would've cost me an "arm & a leg" & taken a long time to receive if purchased from the manufacturer. Thanks a million, Amazon!

Great Product but half the capsules stuck together
I've ordered them twice. The first order was perfect and I was happy to find them on Amazon. My second order did not meet with my expectations because the bottom half of the gel capsules were stuck together. I'll give them another try because the product is great. Amazon should store gel capsules in a cool space.

Best for hair, skin and nails
I started taking this when I was undergoing chemo, 10 years ago. It helped with my hair growing back and my nails not being very affected. I still take it, and the effects are great.

Product. I have been taking these for years. I have nice strong nails because of them. The company was out of them so Amazon came to the rescue.

It did make a noticeable difference in my aging skin.
I have tried many supplements over the years making the same claims as Puritan’s Pride for hair, skin and nail. This is the first supplement where I have actually seen results. I will continue to use and recommend to others.

Easy to take
—if this review helped you, please click “helpful”— Very easy to swallow despite the size. There is no weird smell or anything. I have not had any side effects. I can not say they are working -yet But I can say so far so good.
