Mind. Blown.
Where has this been all my life?? I am so amazed! My hair is fairly thick and wavy, and I have a lot of it. Falls to about 3 inches below my shoulders. I wanted to tame the wave but the regular straightener seems to do so much damage, so I gave this a try. It far exceeded my expectations! It's nicely packaged and comes with a carrying pouch and a heat-resistant glove. I did not even use the glove, didn't need to. I used it at 365 degrees, much lower than I need to set the straightening iron. It heated quickly. Some of the things I especially liked are that, even though the controls are on the handle, you can't mess up the settings or turn it off by accident by bumping the buttons while using it. They are sort of inset, and it locks on the setting you put it on after a few seconds, and stays there until you deliberately change it. Another thing I appreciate is how lightweight it is. I have arthritis and after researching a lot of straightening brushes I chose this one partly because several reviewers commented on that. Very easy on my hands. And since it does the job in just a few minutes, my hand doesn't get tired. But the best part is how well it works. I divided my hair into two sections since it's so thick, though I usually have to do three sections with the regular straightening iron. Just brush slowly, and man, the curl relaxes and it looks great. It also doesn't flatten my hair as much as a regular straightener. My hair ended up looking straight but still with a little body, and not at all frizzy -- in fact, someone complimented me on how healthy my hair looked! I think it's a gentler heat and since you aren't sandwiching the hair between two panels it doesn't damage as much. You can get all the way to the roots. It didn't just straighten it, I was able to style it as well just by brushing back a bit. I am just amazed that my hair looks so good with so little effort. Took maybe five minutes start to finish! Buy this one, you will not be disappointed. Seriously, I am in love with this thing. I actually threw away my straightening iron. I would never go back to one after this.

Game changer!
I have fine, dry hair. It is chemically straightened, but I am more than 5 months past my last relaxer. So, it is in transition; part is curly and part is straight. I was short on time and my hair seemed to have much protein (stiff and brittle). So I tried this after shampooing with the Roux Porosity Control Shampo, conditioning in shower with Aphogee Balancing Moisture (also my first time trying this magical, miracle potion), and blow drying my hair from cold to hotter heat (normally I let it air dry for a bit first). All I did was rake to quickly rake this through my hair with my hair under tension at 250F. And wow! The brush glided through my hair leaving my curly roots manageable and detangled. Between the hydration of the conditioner and the gentle straightening action of this comb, I did not shed or break a single hair while straightening. I am stunned by how easy it was to baby my hair so fast and so well. Very impressive! Update - After the first use, I got an Er6 message on the unit and it would not heat. Disappointed, I tried other brushes. One came with a rattling sound like something inside was loose and the rubber tip pulled out strands of hair (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D14JPVT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), another felt like I was brushing my hair with my elbow it had no bristles to guide the hair and only blunt rounded plates (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H2TPSZ8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1), and the BuTure mini was a lot like the Glamfields but in a small size (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FGV9NQG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Ultimately, nothing beat this one (Glamfields) ... but I do not trust it. So, I decided to purchase it again - along with the BuTure mini for travel and as a backup in case the Glamfields fails again. I love this brush and am hooked on the results.

First impressions: great product!
An update: After using it per instructions. I washed my hair using coditioner as well. Let my hair dry naturaly and then used the brush. My hair was messy and wavy since I slept with it wet. I succeded to straight it, but I had to go through each part cuple of times. I used 300 f on my thin hair. The main issue is the edges of the hair (top and bottom) . It's harder to straighten it comparing to iron and it's not as straight!!!! Overall, if it's true that the brush damage the hair less than an iron, so I think it's worth it and thus specific brush did a good job. The item is exactly as described. It came in a nice packaging with a small cleaning brush, a glove and a purple bag for storage. The instructions are clear. I turned it on and everything is working fine. I tried it on a piece of my hair and it looks great. I have a thin wavy hair. I will update the review after a few uses. My only complaint is about the delivery. Although I received it very quickly, the item was sent in an envelope instead of a box. No protecting wrap around. The delivery boy just through it on the floor and went. I could hear the bump. Luckily it was't damaged.

A Gift From the Hair Styling Gods!!! (and Goddesses😉)
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS THING!!!! I mean where has this been all my life?! I only learned these types of tools existed recently and when I did my research, this straightening brush had the highest reviews so I thought it might be worth it to invest the extra $20 vs going with the lesser priced ones with fewer 5 star ratings (cuz I loathe having to put the effort into returning anything from Amazon). And let me tell you, it was DEFINITELY worth the small investment!! I have super thick wavy hair and with a chi straightener it usually takes a half hour to straighten my hair and about an hour to get it perfectly straight (if you want to call it that🙄) and my hands always cramps up while working it through my hair. But with this straightening brush it literally took me 5 MINUTES to straighten it and without the annoying hand cramps!! It's also far more agile than a traditional straightener as I can finally straighten my elusive baby hairs without burning myself and straighten the underside much more easily. Now I read from other people that most straightening brushes doesn't get your hair perfectly pin straight, especially those with wavy/curly hair. But this one actually does! You just need to hold the ends of your hair on the brush for 10+ seconds. The auto lock feature also makes it much easier to maintain the ideal temperature without worrying about accidentally hitting the buttons. And speaking of temperature, it makes my hair straight damage free! Normally when I straighten my hair the day before I need to wash my hair again, my hair is a giant grease ball the next day. But with this brush my hair is silky smooth and not oily at all! Overall I would highly recommend this! It will save you sooooo much time and frustration in the future. 😊

Arrived USED with hair in the bristles 🤮
Consider carefully before making a purchase here. This rating reflects the condition of the product received. I will review the product itself at the end. This brush was received in an Amazon box with other products ordered from Amazon. All of the other products received were in unused, undamaged condition. The packaging/box containing the brush was open, all contents spilled out into the larger shipping box. The plug cover was removed, the cord unbound & loose, and the brush itself had hair in the bristles. Using the cleaning tool, also included, I was able to remove the hair (shown in picture). I disinfected the brush and was able to power it on and test it out. The brush works well. It straightens as well as any other straightening brush I have tried. It gets very hot including the entire paddle section both back and sides. Despite that it was easy to use and straightened even thick curly hair. More than 1 pass was needed for smooth hair. Even so it was still faster than a flat iron and left the hair much more voluminous. I think the brush is of good quality & works as intended. However, receiving any personal care product in used condition is DISGUSTING and I would caution you about buying this brush from this store/seller.

Faster than flat iron, but I still use flat iron on my ends
Overall I'm glad I bought it. I gave it 3 stars because it did not replace my flat iron, but it did REDUCE MY STRAIGHTENING TIME. Previously I would section out small chunks of hair to get each straight with a flat iron and it would take about 20 minutes. Now I spend 2-3 minutes getting my hair 90% straightened and smooth with this brush, and maybe another 5 minutes with my flat iron getting the remaining 10%. Pros: no dents - Straightens and smooths hair without leaving the bend line I get from my flat iron; also great for removing ponytail dents volume - the paddle around the bristles is rounded, so as I pull it away from my roots, it also helps me get volume (better than my flat iron) fast - less than a minute to 320 degrees! I can get through about 8-10 chunks of hair in 2 minutes. Cons: Ends - because there is no clamp the end just fly out and don't get smoothed. You can try to put on the enclosed glove and hold each section as you pull through the ends to get them straight, but I find it to be a pain to put on the glove. It's easier to just clamp the ends with my flat iron Hot - watch your temperature settings, on the brush I received, it seems to get hotter than the number on the digital display says p.s. I have wavy 2a-2b type hair

I love it!
I have never owned a straightener of any kind, ever, because I have trouble gripping things. I tried using friends' straighteners but have been burned (literally) because I can't keep them clasped closed. After watching no less than 20 vids, I thought a straightening brush might work for me. I mean, I brush my hair, right? I found Glamfields through a "best product" list and the price was reasonable, the brush looked big (important, I have A LOT of hair,) and it qualified for Prime. I'm not going to lie, I was already skeptical but vowed to keep an open mind. However, as soon as I pulled the box out of the envelope, the straightener slid out of the box and fell on the floor as I was unaware that the box was open on both ends. It is one of those "slide-in" boxes, so be careful. I picked up the straightener. The straightener was still safe in its protective box. I took it out and did my inventory, making sure everything in the product description was there (it was.) I read the provided literature. It was simple enough, so I plugged it in. I set it at a random (400°) temp because I wasn't sure how hot I'd need it. It heated up quickly. It honestly took me longer to brush the tangles out of my hair than it did to heat up. I braced myself and picked up the straightener. I almost forgot, it weighed less than I expected, an added bonus. It was solid but not bulky. I carefully brushed it through my hair, pleased that the base of the cord was not fixed in place, providing a lot more freedom of movement. A very good thing, since I am left handed. A little playing around with the temp and my hair was perfect! I didn't drop the brush once! The flexible pivoting of the cord along with the freedom of being able to move my fingers and adjust my grip without losing the heat source made it possible. I'm in love! Pros: * Lighter than expected but not cheaply. * Heated up quickly. * Good size. I can get a lot of my long and super thick hair through the teeth, cutting time significantly. * Temp lock. I accidentally press the buttons a lot while I use it but locking the buttons takes care of that, no problem. * Pivoting cord base. Good for left handed people. * Easy to use, although I recommend reading the instructions. *Comes with a heat-resistant glove, which I recommend using. Cons: * The provided velvet traveling case is too small for the glove, brush, and cord. *The glove is too big for me, but most gloves are. I have tiny hands. * It did smell like burning plastic for a few minutes at first. Went away after a bit of time. Honestly, I highly recommend it. It's an excellent product and has so far exceeded all my expectations. The issues I had are minor inconveniences that do not take away from the working of the brush.

Flat iron brush that works faster than a flat iron
Purchase is flat I am because the red lines flat iron I already have is beginning to show signs of that it has run is seven year course. I decided I would try this Brush straighten come plan to purchase another because it works so well even on a heat setting of 315 or 3:20 The brush heats up fast and stays heated. Inside of the box came with the brush a drawstring bag and a smaller brush to comb out the hairs in between the teeth of the actual brush that you’re gonna use the flat iron and a pair of gloves to Hold heated hair and a cover for the cord. If you are going natural and you want to straighten your hair out I also recommend this brush if you’re curly and want to straighten your hair out all you need is one pass and it will straighten your hair. I would’ve liked to have any pictures of difference of my hair but I had and I’m sorry about that but it definitely works very well. I can give my flat iron a brake with this brush. I also meant to mention that there is no need for a comb to be placed in front of this brush flatiron. The teeth are wide enough for it.
