I took dopamine booster during the date and their setonin booster at night. Has noticed better sleep and less negative and ruminate thoughts. I have PTSD, these has improved my mood significantly. I like that the dopamine booster has Vitamin B 12, Phosphatidylserine and Magnesium stearate which are stress reducing ingredients. I hope they would add vit c b5 and Rhoiola rosea for a complete solution against stress too.

I’m usually easily distracted, listless, and getting things done usually seems to be a challenge, so after learning that most ADHD afflicted people struggle with lower levels of dopamine, rather than take prescription drugs, I figured why not give my brain what it needs. I’ve been taking it for over a week now and so far, I notice I am more focused, sleep better, actually have vivid dreams that I remember, and I just feel less angsty in general. I really recommend giving this a try if you’re challenges are similar to mine.

I ordered two different dopamine supplements. One for me and one for my husband (Dopify by VitaMonk) and realized they have different ingredients. One ingredient was the same so I looked up safe dosage, took less of dopamine booster so I could take both supplements and that is the only thing I have tried but I really like the 2 together. It seems more complete to me.

I absolutely love this stuff!! ♡ I have diagnosed ADHD and take a low dose of prescription extended release Adderall. I noticed that around the luteal phase of my cycle, my medication wasn’t working as well. I don’t want to keep increasing my medication dosage but really need the extra dopamine! This stuff absolutely did the trick for me. I take it every morning no matter where I’m at in my cycle and it’s given me a tremendous boost in my energy, clarity, focus, etc. I no longer feel the need to increase my medication and it was done completely naturally with this stuff! I only take one a day and I’ve found that’s enough for me on top of my medication - so my partner takes one in the morning as well and it lasts a full month with both of us taking it daily! ♡ My partner also has ADHD but chooses to not take medication for it but still has struggled with focus and energy. The product didn't help my ED problem but seemed to increase my mood slightly.
