Great product
Love the router, great wifi.

Bought new looked used.
I paid for a new unit and how I received it looks used. First two pictures is what I received, the power cable looked used wasn’t tied and the unit wasn’t in the normal plastic in the box that the new ones come in. The last two pictures is a unit I ordered separately for another setup, the unit is wrapped up in plastic and the cord was tied which indicates a new unit.

Works excellent
We have these as part of our Wi-Fi network on our property. We have over 3/4 of an acre and four these and it provides us with strong coverage everywhere. Works perfect for our smart lights as well as being able to access Internet anywhere on the property.
