Does this kit have the U-Bolt needed to mount the bracket to the axle tube?

Everything you need will be included for install for the kit.

Do i need this bracket if i have an adjustable track bar?

No. The bracket is used with stock track bars to compensate for the lift. The bracket is the cheaper alternative to an adjustable track bar.

Does it have 3 mounting holes for different lift heights? The one I got only has 1 hole.

The one I received has three mounting holes. I believe it depends on what lift size you requested although not sure that is an option. Contact RC directly and ask them. Customer support has been great in my dealings with them.

Following my initial disappointment with how the 3.5" RC lift kit handled on my JKU, the shop recommended this modification to bring the steering link geometry back in line and to remove the damaging drop pittman included in the original kit. This completely changed the steering feel and response and resolved many of the erratic steering characteristics we were experiencing. Well worth the upgrade.

I had a bad case of bump steer on my lifted jk wrangler. My drag link was not parallel with my track bar. This kit got them parallel and completely eliminated the problem for me. The price is very reasonable and it solved my issue. Easy install if you know how to drill a hole. The jeep is now a pleasure to drive again.
