Retractable Garden Hose Reel, 1/2" 33'

This hose is a perfect tool for watering ! The retractable part is great. No more fighting with winding up or unwinding.. just pull it out where you want it then pull again and it retracts perfectly. You’ll be surprised. How good it is!

The hose reel works great, the one I received is in white color with Sunneday brand.

The garden hose looks and feels sturdy but it has faulty design mechanism. I ordered one and it would not retract at all. I called the manufacturer directly and they shipped me a new one immediately. I was told. "throw the original one out" I installed the second one. and though I like the look of the unit , was easy to install , it does not retract fully no matter how many attempts I make.. it's like wrestling with an alligator. I purchased this sick and tired of the roll up type hose reels... but this does not do it properly. Don't waste your time or money... buy a traditional hose and live with the hand crank type hose reel. GartenKraft Retractable needs to go back to the drawing table... the interior spring mechanism and spring lock is faulty and over 75% of the time does not fully retract.

Excellent so far. My only concern is when you go to the GartenKraft web site it isn't even listed as a product they sell. I got the one with the 5/8 hose so there is no pressure loss. I hope it lasts as it is very nice.

Ideal for outside garage. Pulls out easy and retracts evenly. No leaks and tucks against the wall out of the way.

Works really well, make sure you get the 5/8 unless you want a smaller hose

I'm very disappointed in this product. It looks great. However, more than half the time, the hose will not wind up all the way. The last 6-8 feet never seem to be able to wind up inside the unit. We end up wrapping the hose around the whole box, which defeats the purpose of the retractable hose. I would've thought that maybe I received a bad one, but I actually received the wrong hose the first time (it was the longer hose) and it also did not wind up all the way.

Fue buena compra. Tiene su maña hacer que la manguera de regrese sola pero nada de importancia. Satisfecha. Recomendable si no tienes un jardín grande.
