I absolutely love this pillow! When it says it’s adjustable it definitely means that. When you first get it, it’s hard to believe that it’s going to be anything but put it in the dryer for a few minutes and it becomes so large. You will definitely have to remove some of the stuffing unless you like a really large fluffy pillow. The stuffing is high-quality and once it has been put into the dryer it becomes a fibrous type material that can be fluffed over and over and go back to the same size. It seems to be a high-quality cover on the outer portion and is thick and has a slight cooling affect. It has a separate cover on the inner portion covering the foam stuffing. I ordered this because I have neck problems and it has been super comfortable for me because I’m able to adjust it multiple times depending on my needs for the particular night when I lay down. Having the extra stuffing means that if the pillow does happen to go flat I can always add the extra that I took out when I received it. It did have a slight odor when it first came, but after putting it in the dryer, it went away immediately. I do think that’s only due to the plastic that it’s shipped in not anything with the pillow. I think this pillow is well worth it price and I would highly recommend it for anyone that is a side or back sleeper or has any type of neck problems.

We bought two of these for my kids bed- we liked that you could take some of the filling out to make it flatter for their neck comfort. It is a very very comfortable pillow! My only gripe with it is that I wish it came with a larger storage bag for the extra filling, the two it came with were full to make it firmer, so we had to use this bag to store the extra we took out. Even taking that much out, the pillows were still quite plush! I think it is a high quality pillow that will last them a long time.

it is so, so comfy and just resting my head feels therapeutic. the quality is really good. i’ve had sleep issues my whole life and while this didn’t magically cure it, it definitely makes my sleep considerably better. i bought a second one after a trial run with the first one.

Overall, this is a nice pillow and I plan to keep it. The adjustable fill is a big plus - I removed about two gallon-size Ziploc bags of stuffing to get the height and firmness just right. My only hesitation is the price. I bought it when it was on sale, which made it feel like a good value, but I’m not sure I would have paid full price. Still, the ability to customize the pillow is a great feature and makes it worth it.

I am mostly a side sleeper although I also enjoy sleeping on my back as well -- it all really depends on my mood or how tired I am from whatever I was doing in the day. I have pretty square shoulders as well. Not really wide shoulders but I guess wide enough such that side sleeping with my favorite but old flattened pillows (doubled up to support my head) has a great chance of me waking up with some degree of neck pain the following day. I must mention that I am a neck pain sufferer -- I haven't had it looked at , but based on the pain and symptoms is very likely to be a pinched nerve from an herniated disk. What this all means is that my sleep posture is important to how much neck pain I have the following morning. What I liked best about my old pillows was how heavy they were. Even though they were low lift and flattened through time, they had a nice heft to them. They gave me the same feeling as a weighted blanket or comforter would. It's hard to describe -- but it's like a safe secure feeling. Anyway, I was looking for a pillow that had high lift and support. There are a ton of pillows for sale in Amazon that feature high lift and great support and if only based on that, I'm might have gone with any of them and be happy. But the one feature I was looking for besides the high/adjustable lift and support was heft. I wanted a pillow that was hefty and substantial - like my old favorite pillows. Of the five candidates that I narrowed my search down to, this pillow was the heavier by close to a pound more than the next one. I found my winner, so I ordered two. They arrived very well packed. Packaging was premium and top-notch. This alone tells you you're getting a quality product. You can even register your pillows for lifetime warranty -- I never seen that before! I unpacked the pillows and saved the boxes for future use (they were packed in such nice boxes I couldn't bear simply throwing them away). The pillows were rolled flat in their plastic sleeves. Carrying each, I could tell that they were slightly heavier than my old favorites -- I was already thrilled by this alone. I unrolled them to give them a chance to expand to their full size. Oh - each of the pillows also came with an extra bag of shredded memory foam filler. As the pillows had double-zippered openings, the bag of extra filler is meant to allow you to add (or remove) filler from your pillow to achieve the best amount of lift and firmness/support. And you can adjust this as many times to your heart's content! I did not notice the off-gassing/manufacturing odor that I read about in the other reviews. If there was any, there wasn't enough of it to bother me. I let them expand and air out for the first couple of nights. On the first night, I tried them for my head and wasn't blown away but I also knew that they still needed more time to expand. So I used them as hugging pillows instead -- they were simply wonderful... every bit as good as my old favorite ones. But by the third night, BAM - the transformation was complete. These pillows lived up to my expectations! With these pillows, I can sleep on my side and keep my neck straight without curling the shoulder I was sleeping on. And even better, it gives just as much support for my neck when I feel like sleeping on my back. But the best feature for me is how hefty they feel when I hug them instead, they give me that feeling of security that is just hard to describe. It has only been a few weeks so far and I'm very happy with these pillows. I no longer wake up to neck pain, which is a big plus and a great way to start the day. I still have neck pain every now and then but that's from my poor posture (slouchy plus forward head -- not a good combination) that I need to work on, but it's great to know that I have these pillows waiting for me in bed when I lie down to get some relief from that!

Super soft pillows! I really appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into making these! Upon opening, they inform you that they’ve filled it to the perfect amount for side sleepers. They also offer extra stuffing for back sleepers, and a baggie to take stuffing out for stomach sleepers. All in all, i highly recommend this product. I haven’t slept this well in my life and my neck and shoulder pain is gone!

I love this pillow. It took me about a week of putting the filling back in and pulling it out till I found the perfect comfort level. I got three different brands before I settled with this one. Very good quality. The price is a little steep. But for me, sleeping better is well worth it. I've spent so much money on pillows and I just could not find the right comfort and temperature control. Until this one.

Being able to find the perfect firmness is key. The inside material is very interesting, like little cubes of foam with fluff in between. I’ve tried so many pillows and while it took a few tries to find the right fit for me, I’m sleeping better than I’ve ever slept. And plus you can keep the extra filling to adjust if needed. It’s kind of the perfect pillow that will evolve as your needs change. Very happy with it.

Had this pillow for over 4 years and love it! Adjust the fluff as you desire (comes with a lot of it). Once I did that at the beginning, I never had to add more. It keeps its form. Worth every penny for me!

Hi I’m writing to ask how I get more filling ? Unfortunately it’s too flat for me even with the extra filling as I have wide shoulders it really pains my neck. Otherwise I love the pillow, not sure where to contact you tbh been lost here.

I don’t easily write reviews, but in this case I had to. This pillow is by far the best pillow I have ever had. Price/quality is amazing… I’ve been having neck problems and problems sleeping for so long, this pillow is a dream in itself. So comfortable. Just the best.
