Quiet, Low power consumption, and moves air!
I bought this a little over a year ago for my bus RV conversion. I'm just now relocating it to a different area. I had this mounted on the front dash board. While driving it was great, while parked it kept air moving down the center isle of the bus. This thing is very quiet, 3 speeds, timer function, so it will shut off 12,8,6 hrs later, see the details. One thing is I had a switch on my console for this fan. Because of it's fancy controls, you still had to turn it on at the fan. So once powered up via the switch on the console, you then reach over and turn it on whatever setting. This is best used for constant power, using the momentary switches that control it. Also best mounted on a wall. Unit has a back plate that installs first, then the fan base has a slide lock to finish the installation so you don't see the screws. Very smart unit. Most importantly it moves air, you can feel it 10 feet away or further. Hopefully this helps someone else. Highly recommend, but details of functionality be even more helpful.

Great quality
Excellent, they are very silent, and use less power!

Beats the hell out of Hella
For years I had Hella fans on my sailboat. Recently I bought a replacement and for the first time I saw that they are now made in China. Guess what? The motor was bad and the fan was useless…that is why I gave this Caframo fan a shot. Side by side there is no comparison with Hella…This Caframo fan is bigger, moves WAY more air, practically silent, easier to clean and the installation was a lot nicer because the wires go through the base instead of being attached to the fan. I just ordered a second one and will slowly replace all my Hella fans with these….totally…no comparison.

Best 12v fans on the market
These are the best fans on boats by far. I have used these fans on all my previous boats in the past they never disappoint. Quiet, effective and very reliable.

High flow and quiet fan with low power draw
I'd sure love to know what fan is better to those who bash this. This is the quietest, highest flow and most power efficient fan I have ever seen. The only dumb thing is the mount is beyond reason. The base plate has 6 lugs that slide in and lock the fan to the base, great. Problem is the base plate is set up for small machine screws not included to mount the base plate through these extended lugs and they have to be pretty small to fit inside the lip of the lugs to work. There are two holes in the floor of the base plate that are chamfered but I am not going to use sheet rock screws to attach this. Other than that there is no room for bolt heads because if how tight the base plate pushes into the fan and slides to lock. Stupid mounting design. Other than that, it swivels anywhere on the gimbal, locks into place, folds to store and uses hardly any power. The timer feature is great for setting at bed knowing it will not run all night if you do not want it to. Perfect for a small camper or canopy. I had a 110 fan and it was loud and used a lot of power and had to use my inverter. This, I hardwired but could run off a 12v USB or cigarette socket. The wiring on this has no plug. Weird.

Like it so much we purchased another!
This little fan is great for smaller places. The gimbal style mounting makes it perfect for directing the airflow. It keeps the air moving perfect because it has 3 speeds. It is really quiet on the first 2 settings, slightly louder on high but not a deal breaker. Easy to clean, easy to install. This is the second one we purchased. We use both in our motorhome and we love them both!

Grotesquely overpriced for the lack of quality.
Bought one for the campervan in 2022 and it started out great. Pushed decent air and did so quietly. By the same time the next year it became intermittently noisy. It sounded like the fan blade was hitting the cage but inconsistently. Naturally, I checked it over and cleaned it, but the blades were clear and it the noise was getting steadily worse. It took just over a year for this thing to be unusable. Occasionally I’d run it while I wasn’t trying to sleep until about two years in and it finally died. For a product at this price point I was way better off buying clip-on USB fans for $10 and a 12V USB port, which is what I did. They’ve run smoother and longer than this did for 1/10 the price. Don’t be me. Point your money elsewhere.

Big Fan lots of air movement. Well made
Bought for my boat. This fan is bigger than it appears. The base is also large and kind of limits points of mounting. It has several mounting options so you have to think installation through. The pictures did not do installation justice. There are 3 axis of movement on this fan. The base is fixed and the primary axis pivots off the base and only allows the entire fan gimble assemble to pivot through 180'. On a clock this would be 3-6-9 and the primary axis will lock into these positions. To aim the fan there is a gimbal held by the primary axis. Once aimed fan position is held in place by friction in the gimbal pivot points. Very clean looking and well made with decent access for blade cleaning. It moves lots of air but I found the speed controller a little difficult to operate by touch alone while fumbling around in the dark. All in all a value.

Quiet and powerful. Best 12 volt fan I’ve seen.
Perfect for marine . Quiet and powerful. Love the 3 speed and on and off button.

Great 12v fan
I’ve recently installed the SEEKR Sirocco II into my campervan’s 12V system, and it’s one of those upgrades you don’t realise you needed until you’ve got it. Installation was straightforward. Wiring it into my 12V setup was simple enough, and the mounting options made it easy to position exactly where I wanted it. It feels solid straight out of the box – not flimsy at all – which is important in a van where everything takes a bit of movement and vibration. Performance-wise, it’s seriously impressive. Even on the lower settings it pushes out a decent amount of air, enough to keep the van comfortable without being intrusive. When you turn it up, it really shifts air around the space, which is perfect on warmer days or when you’re cooking inside. The oscillation works smoothly and actually makes a difference compared to fixed fans – it circulates air properly rather than just blasting one spot. Noise was something I was a bit concerned about, especially for sleeping, but it’s surprisingly quiet. On the lower speeds it’s barely noticeable, and even on higher settings it’s more of a steady airflow sound rather than anything irritating. Power draw is another big win. Running off a 12V system, it’s efficient enough that I can leave it on for long periods without worrying about draining the battery, which is exactly what you want in a camper setup. Overall, it feels like a well thought-out bit of kit – solid build, strong airflow, quiet operation, and efficient on power. It’s made a noticeable difference to comfort in the van, especially overnight. Definitely one of the better upgrades I’ve added to my setup.

Tentatively pleased so far
Installation was a bit of a nightmare as the bolts under the fan body kept sliding inside the unit. I wish the mfg would put a washer on the other side to prevent this. The wiring is very meek and disregards that the supply could be coming from several meters away. I used a 14 AWG cable from the 12v DC distribution block and was stunned to find SEEKR used a miniscule cable (20 AWG or smaller) for connections. I replaced the supplied cable at my own peril as the space under the fan body barely allowed for a larger connection; but I managed in the end. Once installed, one of the last bolts holding the fan to the subframe on the furniture wall would spin freely. No idea why (I checked the nut), so I left it out. The fan looks sturdy, regardless. When operating, I tried to adjust the position (angle of the fan) and felt the blade(s) hit my finger. One has to be careful to avoid this. Otherwise, the fan appears to work very nicely. I'm looking forward to summer now. Goodbye cheap USB fan.

Expensive but worth it
I use it for almost 2 years. It’s interesting product. On one hand it’s simple and nothing advanced in it and well overpriced. On the other hand comparing with many other fans on market this one simply works. It has everything you need and it’s made from very strong little flexible plastic which doesn’t crack which can happen often when used inside the van
