Does this product work with the zoom zh1 h1 recorder?

Yes. this will work with Zoom Recorders. Most zoom recorders put out around .1mv from the connection port which is sufficient to drive the condenser element in the microphone. The biggest caveat is if 1/8" jack on the ME2-ii with the locking mechanism will fin into a Zooms mic input.

Does this mic come with foam windscreens?

No, it does not. It does include a hard windscreen which is probably more effective.
