First of all, if you’re reading this and you’re purchasing your first bidet, congrats on the truly life changing decision! My wife and I easily survived the toilet paper fiascos in the US since Covid started. Anyway, bidets are truly wonderful and you’ll never feel clean enough without one. As for this brand, I love Luxe Bidet! This is our 4th bidet from them over two different homes. We’ve tried the single nozzle base model (NEO 120), the dual nozzle upgrade of that (NEO 180), and this is our second NEO 185 Plus. All 4 of them have been great products with no issues. In fact the only reasons we are on a 4th one is due to preferring the lifting ability of the NEO 185 Plus and moving homes. The previous bidets were discarded for the move. That is to say, we have never run into any issues that required warranty or replacement. They are very easy to install, function well, and we especially love the dual nozzles. The dual nozzles are helpful no matter who you are or what genitalia you have. The second nozzle is marketed for feminine purposes, which my wife confirms it’s excellent for, but I’ll explain how it’s helpful no matter who you are. It has a wider spray vs the narrow stream of the other nozzle. Now I’ll try to be as gentle with this next description. Sometimes we have intestinal issues that lead to a more watery #2. That tends to be a lot messier in general. That second nozzle with its wider spray can cover a much larger area if cleaning is needed there. We all hate the dreaded splash too, which the cleaning power of both nozzles helps with as well. I’ve seen other brands market their bidets with a lever to adjust the angle of the spray of the nozzles, but all have to do is move around a bit/rock back and forth. Simple. With both nozzles, I can assure myself that I’m clean no matter what type of bowel movement I have. My wife also loves the ability to wash the entire area. My advice to anyone who reads this is to set the spray to “OFF”, choose which nozzle you’re going for, then rotate the spray nozzle to your desired strength. Full power can be painful depending on your water pressure and sensitivity (if you’re a bit raw or have issues like hemorrhoids, you can really fine tune to get the most cleaning power and comfort), but it’s also more comfortable to work your way up to full power. Also the nozzle cleaning option really does work well to keep them clean. You will still need to scrub when you clean your toilet, but this will work great to prevent clogging and buildup. The NEO 185 Plus goes one step further with the ability to lift for cleaning. It will get dirty there no matter how clean we try to be, so this very welcomed. Cleaning both the bidet itself and the toilet, are made easier with this. Both my wife and I love the Luxe Bidet products, our favorite being this model, the NEO 185 Plus. Installation on this model is actually a bit easier because you don’t have to fully remove the toilet seat. Just make sure the toilet seat is tightened well once you’re done to help prevent movement. Overall I highly recommend this bidet, or at least a bidet from this brand. Other brands offer similar products for nearly twice the cost or more. Remember all these types of bidets are doing is taking some the clean water supplied to our toilets and routing it to these nozzles. I can at least say we have had 4 bidets from this brand that all did their job fantastically, and I personally feel they way outclass their dollar amount. Hope this helps!

Satisfied customer on a repeat visit for a second purchase. We’ve had our first Luxe 185+ for close to a year and a half. I bought it on recommendation from family. I had gone for a visit and was introduced; no turning back after that! When I got home, I ordered one and installed it myself with absolutely no problems. My husband thought it was a silly purchase. He refused to use it for about four months. And then one day, without disclosing it to me, he gave it a whirl! And there was no turning back for him after that! He said it made him laugh when he tried it. Lol. So there was a Spring sale and we decided to purchase one for his home office restroom. It was delivered today and I installed it for him while he was working! Easy Peezy. Now he will have the convenience of not coming upstairs if he wants to use a bidet during work hours. Things we really like about this bidet, without really any comparison to others: it doesn’t require any electricity, Cool water is refreshing when you don’t have any warm water to compare it to, though I’m sure that is a luxury in other models. (We live in the South, so warm water isn’t truly necessary) The ability to install it on any toilet is convenient for sure. Using less toilet paper is economical and less wasteful; cleaning with water is more sanitary. We also appreciate the ability to regulate the water flow - however much pressure you need to get cleaned up, this bidet will accommodate you with the right amount of cleansing flow and yet not power washing your skin off! I appreciate the self cleaning function for the valves on the bidet. And I am also grateful for the ability to lift up the apparatus and clean under it; that is really important to me. This bidet is perfect in functionality, especially on a budget, and feels luxurious. Even though, as are many other brand models, it’s mostly plastic, it’s well-made, functions as advertised, looks really nice, and is simple to use. The only thing I wish it had is a lock out feature to keep children from messing with it when visiting. It can be tempting for a child. We totally recommend this product! We’ve bought two and would definitely buy again. And actually may buy again because we have two more restrooms without bidets. Highly recommended! A++ LUXE 185+

I’ve been using the Luxe Bidet and I’m extremely satisfied so far. Installation was quick and straightforward, and the performance has exceeded my expectations. The water pressure is strong yet adjustable, making it both effective and comfortable. What I really appreciate is how much cleaner and more refreshing it feels compared to using just toilet paper. It’s also a great value for the price and seems very well made. Overall, I love this product and highly recommend it to anyone considering a bidet—you won’t regret it!

My in-laws recommended this product because of its easy cleaning process, especially with the T-joint design. The installation was straightforward, just as advertised. It took me a bit longer than expected, but that was on me, not the product. Once everything was put together, the instructions and video were easy to follow. Overall, it works great and keeps everything clean.

After living in Korea for many years, coming to the US and not having a bidet was a shock. So strange that there aren't more of them here. In regards to this bidet, I will admit to having high expectations. For such a great price point, this is a great bidet. Pros- it cleans your butt, helps with ladies needs, and is self cleaning. Cons- only cold water, and the self cleaning function was a tad misleading. It self cleans the part where the water comes out of. We read 360 degree cleaning as also cleaning the toilet. That admittedly could be our fault, but that was standard with our bidets overseas. Hubby installed it in 20 minutes, love that it was so easy to do.

We have a much more expensive and heated Toto for our Toto in main bedroom and it's lovely. Purchased two of these for guest and powder rooms and they are terrific. Our water is not very cold so the lack of a heater or of hot water supply was not an issue. We live in Southern California. The unit was easy to install and works well. I did have an issue with one hose so I contacted Luxe, quick response and they immediately offered to send a no cost replacement. So, nice product, great value with great service. I don't often give 5 stars but I think this is worthy.

I have two Bidets installed in my home (this one 185 plus and 120) I have been overall very happy with this one and this have held up perfectly. They look very nice and function as advertised (caution: This one I installed onto a single piece deervalley toilet and it was not straight forward as the other one which was onto 2 piece kohler toilet). The bidet looks as an integral part of the toilet. The water spray adjuster is so smooth and the spray can be adjusted to get the bottom cleaned perfectly. 185plus has a hinge so that it can be lifted up, which makes cleaning the bidet easier, because of that price is higher, otherwise both the bidet functions same. I don't have any complaints to list and would highly recommend this bidet. Because of the higher price, 4.5/5

We installed the LUXE Bidet NEO 185 Plus, replacing our Luxe Bide Neo Elite that we have had since 2018 or 5 years. This new model has hinges allowing you to swing up the bidet piece to clean behind the nozzle area which to be honest, I had not been able to clean very well in those 5 years with the Neo Elite, since I could not get a toilet brush back there and I tried to clean with a paper towel and cleaner. With this 185 Plus, I am able to raise the toilet seat then the bidet and hold up the bidet attachment to clean behind the nozzle area with a toilet brush. We have a longer, older Universal-Rundle 1.6 gpf toilet. The controls looks more rectangular than the Elite and the Plus knobs have more edges than the Elite. Although I miss the softer curved lines on the Elite, I have gotten used to edges that might allow for better grip and turning. Installation time took less than 15 minutes to take out our old Elite and replace it with the Plus, not including the time to empty the toilet tank. Having a small glass with straight edges helped with emptying the water as did a washcloth to soak up the water. We probably did not have to do such a thorough job, just make sure water is below the outtake area. A small towel will also be helpful when you disconnect the water hose. The bidet comes with a good instruction book, parts, and a plastic wrench. You will need a large flathead screwdriver to unscrew your toilet lid. Even having had the 185 Neo Elite, you will need to replace the water supply hose and T-adapter with the ones provided in the kit. The Plus uses a standard 3/8" fitting. Previously for the Elite, we had to buy a special T-adapter to get the original Neo Elite to fit. The company may have provided one if we contacted them, but we had bought it from Amazon. For the Plus, the hose is 7/8" to connect up to the water tank while the end that connect with the bidet is 3/8". We replaced both our Elite bidets in one day and found it easier to: 1. Turn off the water and mostly empty the toilet tank 2. Take off the toilet seat and old bidet. It will give you more room to access the pipes on the left. 3. Replace and connect up the new hose and T-adapter 4. Put the new bidet on and then the toilet seat over it. We did not change out the previous hinge covers from the Elite bidet. 5. Screw the pieces gently together 6. Have a woman sit on the toilet and see if the feminine and bottom wash spray are coming out to spray the right areas. If not adjust the bidet position. The 185 Plus bidet spray come out more as a good, strong spray and less of the Elite's penatrating, directed stream of water which used to result in a loop of having to go to the bathroom again, spraying to clean and having to go again, etc. I am happier with the way the 185 Plus sprays. The 185 Plus includes the self-cleaning feature allowing water to wash over the nozzles. The controls and the way the knobs work are the same for the Elite and the Plus, so there is no learning curve. The knob farthest out controls the water pressure, turn this one slowly. The knob closest to the tank adjusts from feminine wash (to the far left), normal wash (middle), and nozzle self-clean (far right). As I mentioned, we have been using the Luxe Bidet Neo Elite series since 2018 and have been very pleased with them. We had two that we installed in our house, we liked them so much. I had bought a replacement knob in 2022 from the company since the inner plastic part which kept it in place had broken off. They arrived quickly. In 2023, I was sent an e-mail from Luxe Bidet, since I had left a 5 star Amazon review on the Elite in 2018, they offered me a 10% discount toward a new Luxe Bidet Plus and up to $50 refund check for my Elite bidet. I ordered the new Luxe Bidet Plus, provided the Amazon order information, and they sent me a $50 check even though the original Elite did not cost $50. I am really happy to get this new model, so I can clean behind the nozzle area. Also, in the 5 years, the bottom of the old Elite nozzles had gotten rather dirty even with the protective door cover. I know I did not do the self cleaning as often as I should. Periodically, I would also use cleaner and paper towel to clean them off more. I am delighted to have the new LUXE Bidet NEO 185 Plus and know I will get many cleaner years from this newer model. These bidets really help you feel much cleaner with less work and stretching to get all the areas and saves a ton of toilet paper. I was most grateful to have the bidet during the great COVID-19 Toilet Paper Shortage of 2020.

Did not fit swedish toilet had to return

UK install. This has taken me ages to find the correct fittings to get this to work in the UK and all the Luxe websites state that it is a 1/4" water hose fitting on the bidet itself. I found it not to be that on the particular one i had but it is 9/16" x 24 TPI (Threads per inch). So I bought a brass reducer fitting that was 9/16" x 24TPI UNEF (Unified national extra fine) female and 3/8" BSP male that will fit any generic UK water hose no problem. From the photos you can see how i then plumbed it up to my water supply. This is no means of advice on what to do but it's what i did for my application and it worked a treat.

Funcionalmente o Bidet é ótimo, nenhuma reclamação. Porém o adaptador que acompanha o produto vem no padrão para encanamento US. É necessário um adaptador para dividir a saída 1/2 em 2 saídas 1/2 e também um redutor de 1/2 para bitola da mangueira. Rodei por umas 10 lojas de material hidráulico até achar alguma que tivesse algum adaptador. Na descrição do produto menciona a medida de 3/8" para a bitola da mangueira, porem o adaptador 3/8 para 1/2 que é facilmente encontrado não serve, é maior que o necessário. Após muita busca encontrei o adaptador na mangflex em porto alegre , pelo que o vendedor disse a medida é realmente 3/8" mas para canos de cobre. Espero que essas informações ajudem futuros compradores a acharem os adaptadores com um pouco mais de facilidade.

I first bought a Luxe Bidet Neo 120 ten years ago. Used it everyday since it's been great! Using just toilet paper now seems so primitive! For no particular reason, I recently looked over what other models Luxe offers and found the Neo 185 Plus. It looked like a great upgrade to the Neo 120. I was very pleased to see that many of the design limitations from the 120 were addressed in the 185. First off, water pressure regulation. The 120 had none meaning you had to be careful not to "power-wash" sensitive areas of your anatomy! New users to the bidet reliably used too much pressure resulting in a less than fun first experience! Sometimes, jumping off the seat, in surprise and in an act of self-preservation! The 185 limits the pressure to pretty much to the perfect level of intensity - even with the valve fully open. Since the 185 has the additional feature of the "feminine wash", my wife reported that the water pressure is well controlled meaning it is also well suited for the task. Other improvements. The mounting system is far improved with the hinge design which allows easier installation and positioning of the spray nozzle "aim". And the hinge design adds the welcomed feature of the entire unit tiling up for cleaning. This cleaning feature is also a great improvement over the design of the 120 where the only way to clean under the unit was to completely remove it which is totally impractical. The mounting hinges also have rubber inserts to prevent them from slipping on the shiny surface of the toilet. The valves feature smoother action and the control "pod" design looks more modern (I have the chromed handles). The spray nozzles have no flange on the bottom which potentially could trap contaminants. They also improved the "wash" feature - now it sprays water on the nozzles and on the down the front and rear of the nozzle splash shield. The adapter t-fitting is now made of metal instead of plastic which is also a big security improvement since plastic could fail/spit resulting in a flood. They also standardized the size of the fittings on the metal braided connection hose to 3/8″ x 3/8″. The only downside is the smaller plastic male threaded fitting on the bidet pod is potentially easier to cross-thread. So before installing the unit on the toilet, connect the flex hose so you can carefully monitor the angle of the nut tightening on to the fitting. I did not need to use the plumbers tape on this connection since flex hose has an o-ring on sealing surface. So the only problem...I have another Neo 120 that I want to replace it with a 185! Luxe should be proud of this product - they have put the time in and made pretty much every needed improvement to make this the best add-on bidet on the market!

Trae herramientas y manual de armado, te va guiando paso a paso para ello y de manera sencilla. El mismo manual te indica si es o no necesaria la plomería, pero en mi caso no fue necesario ya que solo fue desconectar la manguera que surte el depósito, retirar la tapa del retrete, poner cinta teflon en las mangueras, poner el paso T, conectar las mangueras, volver a poner la tapa del retrete y nivelar un poco el chorro de agua. Laborioso pero sencillo. Lo más seguro, es que necesites aparte comprar los niveladores de la tapa del retrete, ya que al poner el bidet, no queda nivelada la tapa y puede ser a futuro un problema que dañe la sujeción del bidet. Deberían de comentar eso en la misma publicación antes de comprar el bidet ya que llegan desfasados ambos productos.
