Works great for everything I’ve used it for so far. I’ve sliced a lot of carrots and potatoes with it and it was very easy to use. Clean up was a breeze and the setting for the blade depth mad it easy for making the kids some good crispy potato chips! Quick to used and the blades are sharp enough you don’t have to force anything!

Without a doubt this is the safest and the best Mandoline I have ever used. Blade is super sharp and cuts quickly and cleanly. No risk of your hand slipping of of the hand guard and getting cut on the other type. No problem with not being able to cut all the way down because prongs in the hand guard prevent it. I wish I had bought one like this a long time ago. Be sure to use the brush to clean the blade and be careful when cleaning. IT is very sharp. I love this mandoline.

I have owned this for several years, now, and figured that I ought to let everyone know how wonderful this thing is. Honestly, my favorite use is French fries. I pop in a few potatoes, rinse, dry, and throw them in the fry pappy! Comparably….i think it’s a more health conscious option than processed and sold in a bag—all of my love goes into my homemade junk food! 😋 Easy-peasy! It’s easy to take everything apart to clean, especially if you do it right away. Just be smart and lower all of the blades and be careful when working with them. The device suctions to the counter, the feed is nice and big. The catch tray hooks right on without slipping around. I love the options for width of cutting. It really is one of my favorite kitchen toys! It seems to be really good quality. I take good care of it, but there isn’t much wear and tear.

I have the $250 stainless French Mandoline. And I have cut myself a few times. I still use it for real long cuts. This Mandoline works very well. One would have to try to cut themselves. Very safe, very easy to clean. An easy recommendation.

I didn't think that I would get nearly as much use out of this as I thought, but it's great to work with. It stays steady on your work surface and is easy to use. It's also easy to clean. It's very ergonomic in the way that it cuts, as well. I've always been a bit terrified of Mandolins because people cut themselves so easily on this, but you'd almost have to purposely stick your fingers in it and try to chop them off in order to cut yourself on this.

Absolutely perfect slicer love it strong and sturdy

This mandolin does some things well, but over sells it's range of options. This claims to support "diced/chopped" results. It sort of does, if you run the food through twice. It's not great for soft things, like tomatoes. It doesn't catch and juice or liquid, which just runs out the bottom. I bought it to make prep for pico de gallo easier, it is not as good for that kind of work as my old mandolin; the kind that really want to get your fingers. For firm things, slicing and julienne, it is quick. Clean up is is a little time consuming due to the numerous components, moving parts and small crevices. It is reasonably fool-proof for safety.

Cuts well and very safe. My old mandolin I would scrape my knuckles or my fingertips, this avoids that and takes the strain off my joints well. But because it's designed to keep the blades out of reach of fingers, it's hard to get really clean even with the included brush.

Ce que j'aime vraiment dans ce modèle, c'est qu'il est aussi p'us facile à nettoyer, puisque la partie découpe peut s'ôter très facilement, juste en appuyant sur les deux encoches au dos. J'ai eu un souci avec l'un des éléments en plastique qui s'était cassé, le vendeur a fait le job en SAV et m'a renvoyé le produit, permettant je l'espère de pouvoir l'utiliser longtemps (et vu mon usage quotidien, soyons honnête, on ne s'en passe plus!).
