This multivitamin is just perfect. It gives me energy, it contains both Hyaluronic acid, Biotin and Ashwagandha so I don't have to take them separately. Smells a bit funky but no real taste. Easy to swallow capsules.

I am nutritionally deficient as my doc has said, but when i started taking these ive felt less dead. Btw i found a video on u-tube about how a thymine deficiency can cause people to have nervous system problems, and make people think they have ibs and other bowel and belly disorders, but really its thymine deficiency. Vegas nerve is an important one too! Good luck! Oh and this vidamin is like a normal vegetable capsule, not huge, not tini.

Great everyday multivitamin. Did a bit of research and wanted to try a liposomal version. This fit the bill. I have a sensitive stomach and while I did only take one a day at first, I'm not having any issues now that I take two a day. About to order my 3rd refill. I know it's not a cheap option, but knowing that I'm absorbing these better than your standard vitamin makes it worth it to me.

These were fine. No adverse effects. However, also didn’t feel the amazing lifts and changes in energy many reviewers reported. Maybe they went from no vitamins to these and that’s why they felt so much better? Changing from some standard type vitamins to these didn’t have any shocking results for us. I’m sure they were helpful to our bodies still and maybe we absorbed more than before, just no change in our daily experience.

I feel great taking them. I feel like I have energy and I can feel a difference. I will not be buying another bottle after this, though. I could deal with the burps, but the taste that comes with it and smell is the worst. Smells like I ate a musty basement. This is coming from someone who deals with stomach acid issues, but I've never had anything react like this. The men's is the same way as my husband has the same issue with his and he doesn't have stomach acid issues. I'll stick with SolarRay as I've always liked the brand for vitamins, but these need improvement.

I’ve tried several different multi vitamins and this one works the best for me. I struggled with my iron levels to be able to donate blood. 2 months with this vitamin my iron levels are back where they should be.

So, not only do they not make sense to me being liposomal (because typically liposomal means the vitamins in a protected capsule with some sort of protective oil/etc and then encapsulated again outside of that in order to protect it all from your stomach acids and anything that would take away any part of the vitamins themselves until they can be fully absorbed and metabolized in the correct place at the correct time for the highest possible absorption and bioavailability) yet they are literally just normal capsules… plus they also have some discoloration in them which can be on purpose and can be caused by a single/specific ingredient… but to me it just makes them look even less trustworthy to me that they aren’t going bad or have some sort of problem. I also didn’t notice a single change nor any additional energy or benefit of any kind. Nor did I notice ANYTHING from the weeks of taking it OR from stopping it when it ran out. So, although they didn’t cause me any harm or anything bad (that was noticeable), they also didn’t do anything beneficial or helpful. Truthfully I don’t even trust them because they aren’t what liposomal supplements typically look like or come in, but also, they don’t even look right nor do ANYTHING! Unless I got a bad or expired bottle, they aren’t what they should be! They are not liposomal in any way!

I like the ease in swallowing these capsules. Like most multi vitamins they don't smell the best, but at least you don't have to try 2 or 3 times to swallow.

Lo he comprado por ser Liposomal, q se supone q mejora la absorción de nutrientes. Eso espero porque por ese precio ya debería hacerlo.
