How don I know if it’s the dry and not the gel

Deg Men Black + White Antiperspirant is a dry white stick.

This only says antiperspirant. I need deodorant too. Does this prevent one from smelling bad?

You are correct that the product only says antiperspirant in the ad and that is also what it says on the actual applicator. I have had no problems with odor, and personally, as a guy, I don't like strong perfumy deodorant/antiperspirants. I think its major selling point is that this product does not leave marks such as yellowing on shirts. By the way, it is a white the antiperspirant is white and not a clear gel.
