Excellent pastry mat I bought this pastry mat for preparing pizza dough and pie crust. The size of it makes it suitable for all types of dough. It really helps to keep my table and counter clean. It has a non stick surface on which it has useful measurements and guides. Especially the circles that are on the surface are extremely helpful especially for pie crusts and pizzas. Very easy to clean and store. Would definitely recommend this for anyone who needs a pastry and baking sheet.

Wife is very happy with this item as well the other one I ordered for her. Just waiting for her to start baking again. Seems like shipping took a little too long. For such a little item, the shipping container was large enough to contain several dozens of the pastry mat.

Love this very much. Purchased as a way to have something to roll out dough on and this works perfectly. It stick great on my tile countertop and there is no slipping and sliding. Washing is a breeze.

Super easy to clean: I rinse with hot water and dishwashing soap and air dry over a kitchen cupboard door. Lots of measurement facts. This is my favorite pie making tool!

I love the material of this mat. It is very thin and sticks to the table without slips.

It's smaller than my old one but that's fine by me. Like the fact it doesn't slide but I had gotten used to my old one.
