It works!
I’ve been able to confirm this supplement works for me as: I went from 2+ to 0 UTIs a year after starting it 1.5 years ago. I switched to another brand when this one was out of stock, and within 3 weeks I had a UTI.

I LOVE this product! If you need D-Mannose and CPAC buy this!!!!!
I recommend this product because it has the D-Mannose and CPAC that my doctor recommended and that has been very effective. It also has just the right amount of probiotics, most probiotics are too much and mess up my system. But the #1 reason I recommend this brand above all others, is because it doesn't have a bunch of other junk in it that I don't need and probably isn't even effective. Most supplements try to tell you their capsules contain rainbow dust and unicorn farts, but not these guys. Seriously, 5+ stars!

I started taking this at my doctor's request due to multiple UTI's after a hysterectomy. I don't know for sure if it is what is making things work but I have not had a UTI since beginning this three months ago. No side effects.
