Honoson 10 Pcs Sanding Sticks for Plastic Models, Low Grits, Water Drop

First set I ever owned from anywhere, and they work perfect for removing minor blemishes on plastic models without damaging the surface. The shape is perfect, each end was exactly what I needed. Great accessory, works better when using with a little water for wet sanding. Will always have a set of these on-hand for working with my models.

I was skeptical about the gaps between the grits of this set of sanders. I like to sand and burnish my carvings to the best possible and usually go through the process with sandpaper. However these sticks allow me to sand smooth with the 189 grit and go directly to 400 and beyond much faster and easier. The media supporting the abrasive can easily be trimmed to fit into all those tiny places left by the cutting tools. I recommend this set to anyone seeking the best possible finish on wood.

The item is good, but above 1000 grit wears out quickly.

Great many needs

They do the job, but you only get one stick of each grit in the package. They clog fairly quickly so the ones that are more popular for your job at hand are quickly used up. The teardrop ones seem okay but still not fine enough to get into the small spaces you want for scale modelling. As I said, they do the job, but will work out expensive if you only need a limited range of grits and need more than one of that grit to complete projects

These have been useful for my 3d prints as the small size means getting into the nooks and tight spots easier.

Wir nutzen die Schleifstäbe für 3D-Drucke aus PLA. Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Körnungen optimal um den Drucken den letzten Schliff zu geben. Preislich auch sehr gut, daher bestellen wir gerne wieder.

As the title says yes they are good BUT to a point their function is to gove a smoother surface and be easy to use but they do wear out pretty quickly as I've learned to my cost yes go from "rough" to "smoother" as your sanding takes you but the smoother ones wear very quickly though hence only 4☆but other than that these are still quite good value..
