10/10 Yes!
I had to leave a review, and I never leave reviews. I got these for my 3 year old who survives on hot dogs, air, and vibes. In February she was sick for nearly the entire month with 2 separate viruses and it just wiped her out completely. Even after she “recovered” she was pale, saying she was cold all the time and extremely lethargic. We had blood work done and her iron was low, even for a toddler. So after researching some supplements I came across these - the reviews were mixed, but there was enough good reviews to try them. SHE LOVES THEM. We are just about at the end of our 1st bottle (even my middle child has started taking them too). Not only is her energy back, she’s gained 2 pounds in the last 30 days. She has always been on the lower percentile of the charts so this was huge. I truly believe these have helped increase her appetite, even to the point where she’s explored some new foods - IE, at least tried 1 bite. Is it causation, is it correlation, I can’t tell you, but what I can tell you that this all started within a week of her starting them. She and my middle child chew them no problem. I tried dissolving them for the oldest but they really do not break down well. He immediately noticed it. He said he just didn’t like the flavor so we are going to try another one.

Good Taste
My daughter love this vitamin and trust me I tried before with other vitamins brands and she didn’t like them! This is the only vitamin she happily takes everyday.

Great children’s vitamin
This vitamin does dissolve. Find a flavor your child may like. The nutrients in this supplement is why we purchased for our picky eater. I didn’t ever think they were going to love the taste as much as I thought about the nutrients in this and that my child needed something more complete for a supplement. It seems some people leave reviews because they are mad that a supplement didn’t magically taste good to their picky eater or it may possibly be an issue with the parent because some of these reviews say more about the parent. Look at the ingredients in a product. Look for the most complete and clean supplement. Last, be a parent. It’s natural for children to try foods and really not have taste buds developed for those foods or maybe they will forever hate certain foods. Keep trying with a variety of healthy foods. Try no thank you bites. Actually parent. These reviews telling other parents that this supplement is a waste of money are just bad reviews... you can say it didn’t work for you and back it up, but to tell other what to do for their child and tantrum out in a review and discourage others when it could very well have been helpful to others is just strange. This supplement helped us when our child wasn’t wanting a variety of healthy foods and also allergic to other foods. They didn’t love the taste of the the vitamin, but got over it after I explained why it was needed. Preferred flavors in our house are the apple and the orange.

Do Not WASTE Your $$
I have a very picky eater (right now, he only eats breadsticks, ramen, strawberries, popcorn, water, orange juice, and fast food burgers without vegetables) and wanted a multivitamin to help supplement nutrition. He’s above average growth, but has some sensory issues and ADHD tendencies. Although he’s always offered a variety of healthy whole foods and opportunities to eat, I finally found an orange vitamin C gummy and some vit C/D & zinc jelly beans that he would happily consume daily during flu season. I also found a gummy multivitamin that he’s OK with as long as it’s the orange flavor (not strawberry or lemon). I’ve tried various liquid & powdered vitamins in the past and all were immediately rejected (I always read reviews but even the well reviewed were a huge disappointment). I do not love the sugar content or other unnatural ingredients of the gummies he will eat, and these appeared to be more well rounded, but they are unbelievably gross. Upon opening the safety seal, I was put off by a weird, unappetizing smell. I was surprised how large the tablets are and the dose requires 2/day. That’s all surprising for something marketed to picky eaters! So today, I gave him one and said it was candy, a sweet tart to chew up. He wasn’t overly suspicious and put it in his mouth while distracted watching his new fav movie. Uh no…he made a gagging face and took it out immediately. I asked if it was too sweet, sour or what. He gave it back to me to throw away saying it tasted too weird, yuck; most probably sour as sweet he obviously tolerates. I’m none too happy that I paid $26 for a bottle going to the garbage. I know everyone has different preferences, but if something is specifically branded to be for picky eaters, then I expect all the usual adverse things have been addressed! Usually I’d try one myself to decide if it’s really that gross but even I can’t get paste the smell (I can’t even describe it, kind of vanilla/banana/fruity? Sort of like shampoo or hand soap), size of the tablet, and what I assume to be chalky texture. For now, we’ll just keep trying for a variety of food and using Nature Made Kids First Vitamin C gummies and Multi with Omega 3, plus Nature’s Bounty Kids Immunity jelly beans. I’m still going to look for more supplement options, but these are the best we’ve tried so far. For iron, I might recommend a Wow! liquid iron mixed in orange juice but dose would need to be kid appropriate (I take the full adult high potency serving and it’s very easy to consume). With all supplements, especially iron, make sure you verify serum blood levels to ensure you’re actually absorbing and not overdosing. Yes, most DRs don’t bother with bloodwork for kids but you can either find another DR, order your own for some things, or at least just ask (in some cases demand). To be safe, err on the lesser dose of things. Of course, food is the best medicine but unfortunately our food supply, even if willing to eat it, is often deficient so supplements are sometimes a necessary evil. Sincerest hopes for successful nutrition for all those picky eaters out there! :-) <3

Amazing Vitamins
My daughter absolutely loves these vitamins she take them with no problems at all. Her pediatrician recommended putting her on a multi vitamin and the one she recommended was the Enfamil Poly Vi Sol and it tastes absolutely terrible and smells even worse. She would spit it out and get it everywhere and then she would have to have a bath or she would smell like iron and vitamins all day. I have extreme smell sensitivity and I couldn’t handle trying to get her to take them I had to sneak it in apple sauce. I won’t be doing that anymore thanks to these vitamins. They smell great like a fresh apple and are slightly sweet and they do melt quickly. My daughter ate her first dose and then asked for more. I will eventually try the cherry ones as well but the Apple ones are definitely a hit. I will say just because some people may not not but make sure they are kept away from dogs as xylitol is an ingredient in these vitamins and it is deadly and toxic for dogs even in small doses. All in all a fantastic product. One of the main things I live is no added sugar and no dyes. Thank so much for making a great product to keep my baby girl healthy.

A win for us, but a little pricey
I have two autistic children and getting them to eat a variety of foods is challenging. To help compensate I’ve been looking for a good multivitamin. I was giving them gummy vitamins until I read somewhere that most gummy vitamins just have the vitamin sprayed onto a gummy. :/ Most chewable vitamins are really hard and my kids won’t eat them if they aren’t easy to chew. So when I found these melt away tablets that are specifically formulated for picky eaters and include iron I was excited! My kids don’t love the flavor, but they know that vitamins are for their health not for a treat and so they tolerate them and take them when I give the because they are easy to chew quickly and then swallow down with a drink. For my toddler who won’t take them I crush them up in his yogurt. Overall I am very pleased and will keep buying! My only complaint is that I wish they were HSA eligible here on Amazon and on the Renzo website. They are pretty expensive monthly for two kids over 9 plus a toddler.

Works for my picky eater
I have an extreme picky eater. He will only eat banana, rice, cheese, pizza, plain noodle with soy sauce, and soup with rice. He won't drink fruit smoothie, any protein shake even though they are vanilla or chocolate. I gave him hiya before and he wouldn't take it after the first one. I bought this because chatgpt recommended it based on overall quality vs other brands. Honestly I don't have high hopes if it isn't a gummy. The first time he tried it , he made weird faces and wasn't keen on trying again. I let him tried again the second day and told him it's supposed to taste like orange candy. Somehow he fell in love with it after that. He doesn't even miss his gummy vitamins anymore.

Bad tasting
Liked the vitamin content but didn’t realize the serving size was 2 tablets. Our child hated the taste so they didn’t work for us.
