Probably but it's says it's for a ender 3

Does this work on ender 3 v2 right out of the box, or will I have to cut and solder connections?

It will work without any modifications to the wiring, but I'm not 100% sure that the fan shroud mounting holes will match up. If you own an Ender 3 v2 there are replacement hotels that include the full fan shroud for sale here on Amazon.
