I’m 5’4 36c but average body type , what size should I get?

I’m 5’4 36B 170lbs. Medium Top and Medium Petite pants. The top is loose enough and fabric can still stretch to put a medium sized balloon on your belly 😁. Pants are just the right fit for my booty, with just enough belly bloat space for big meals or that time of the month.
