I bought one and liked it so much I bought a second. Very versatile for plugging everything in. I really like that it screws into the outlet so it does fall off.

This ECHOGEAR wall outlet is a genuinely clever upgrade. The 90‑degree rotating outlets make a huge difference, especially when the outlet is behind a couch or in a tight space. Being able to angle the plugs means I can actually use every outlet, even when adapters are different sizes — nothing gets blocked, and everything fits cleanly. The built‑in USB ports are a nice bonus too. I do wish there were one or two more, but the ones included work well and help keep things tidy. Overall, it’s a well‑designed, practical product with a smart idea behind it. It makes better use of space, keeps everything organized, and adds surge protection on top of it. A very solid buy.

User friendly, almost great design. This worked out great behind my couch, especially being able to individually turn the outlets as needed. As opposed to other movable outlet adapters that can only turn the plugs as a block of three. I'm using this to plug in a small 5000 BTU window AC unit, a small mini-fridge plus a LED lamp and digital clock. So far it all works. Although I've only tested it running the AC unit for a few minutes, as it's late December and a high temp of 32 degrees today isn't going to put any load on the AC unit. I'll have to wait till summer to see how well this adapter really handles a continuous load and will update my review then. My only small complaint so far is that the adapter is a little wobbly in the outlet. I used the included screw to secure it to the outlet. I would like to see these come with prongs that go into both of the wall outlet's plug openings for a more secure and durable fit. Other than that, I think this adapter will meet my needs perfectly. Update Feb 2020: I'm now into my 2nd year using this outlet adapter and so far it has worked flawlessly! Starting around late April when the sun hits my room till October when it cools off I'm running my window AC unit as well as my small dorm room fridge (plus a lamp and a few other low draw chargers) thru this adapter and not a single hint of a problem. Soon the seasons will change and start getting warmer. I don't expect any problems but even if this adapter were to suddenly die, I will have gotten more than my money's worth and would have no problem buying another.

I found these and thought I would buy one to try it out. I immeditly bought 2 more this time with the USB plug in. All 3 fit behind close fitting furniture (Not tight against the wall). The plugs can turn 90 degrees to either side and for longer plugs this is perfect. The wider or longer depending on how your plug is arranged will work and reduce the space normally need to plug them in. The Charging speed is good.

6 outlets in a not-too-imposing package. I wouldn't place it on an outlet with direct line-of-sight when entering a room. But if you're needing extra outlets next to the bed or in another space where need flexibility, the rotating outlets are super convenient. Obviously can't speak to the surge protection effectiveness since I'm not in the habit of deliberately causing power surges, but the rating is sufficient for most small electronics. I wouldn't use this for any expensive A/V equipment, but for everything else (phone chargers, lamps, clocks, heat pads, etc), I don't think you can go wrong here. As far as quality of construction goes, it's on par with other EchoGear products. Pretty solid. Not cheap. Not super-high end. Reliable fit & finish. I find the design functional and not terrible to look at. Install is simple. Definitely use the center screw. (I should note, standard outlet covers only. This doesn't work with traditional decora outlet covers.) For the price, it's a solid value proposition.

Great product

Make sure to use the screw it comes with or it will be extra flimsy! It works well and I haven't had any problems with the installation. The one screw could be easily lost though, so make sure to check the box for something wrapped in a lot of tape (I pushed mine through to get it out versus cutting or unwrapping that packing tape). No defects found yet, and for the price it works well as an extra protection for my heater or 3d printer.
