Q: what are the exact dimensions and circumference of the base without the plant?

It is 64 inches in circumference, 19 inches in diameter and 20 inches tall without the plant. This hidden litter box is probably the largest on the market, just what we needed, since our largest cat is very tall and weighs in at 18 pounds.

Q: What litter pan can fit into this litter box? I would need the exact name because I cannot seem to find one that fits in here. Also what size as well

I got the recommended 3 gallon one and found the sides weren't high enough. The cat peed right over the top and it pooled below the pan. Not good. So I got this taller one. Perfect!! I have three cats. I had to discard the mossy stuff. I've caught them chewing on the plant parts as well, but my boys chew on everything. They haven't broken any of the plant off so I haven't had to remove or replace that part. My cats are 3 yrs and under, weights are 9,16 and 19 lbs.

Yep, spray painted metallic gold. No sanding or priming. Couldn't tell it was a litter box anymore (we position with the entrance/exit so faces a wall corner). Looked like a (rather large) glam vase in the living room, which went well w/ our mid-century/eclectic glam decor. Didn't bother the cats at all.
