Tastes good and does a great job. We use it when feeling run down and it helps get the immune system activated.

I would take 1/2 pack a day to avoid sleepless nights.
Gave me a burst of energy. I felt great during the day. The downside was that it kept me up at night. I would go with 1/2 pack a day, or a pack every other day to find a balance. Other than that, I am generally happy with the product.

Rarely do I count the bags per box. Box says 30 bags, but actually 29. Big question mark ...
