Not so much, really. For an elliptical or bicycle, if you have had knee problems, you would probably just want a regular knee brace. These are meant to be wrapped around the knee pretty tightly, and would probably be a touch too tight for what you seem to want to use them for.

Is the wrap good for baker cysts?

I use these for lifting so I'm not sure about the baker cysts.I think they have specific wraps for baker cysts issues.
