I like it
I use it moderation since it is an extract but I love the way it tastes in my hot chocolate that I make with cacao powder, honey, collagen powder and a pinch of cinnamon. I love that it gives me nice energy since coffee does not work for me (coffee makes me extremely drowsy!)

Great to Add Benefits to Anything
I started adding mushrooms to my diet (drinks mostly) within the last year and have really been impressed with the way my body just feels like it’s working better since. I’m getting older and figure I can use all the help I can get 👨🏻🦳💪🏻 What I like about these are I can add them to anything. I’ve put them in morning coffee, their other drinks like Golden Chai, and I’ve even put them in soup. Plus, when I need extra focus, like on days I have a presentation or something like that for work, I add these to my morning drink and the focus is just a little crisper, my mind is just a little sharper. 10/10 will buy again. They're not cheap for such a small package, but you only need a tiny amount to feel real benefits.

BE CAREFUL DIZZY & HEADACHE & ANXIETY
I experienced horrible dizziness and a headache, and anxiety that’s lasted over 12hrs and I do NOT get any of these things ever. It feels like constant pressure around my head and I never get headaches. I’ve been so dizzy. I took it once before and the same thing happened but I didn’t know for sure it was this supplement until I tried it again. Absolutely terrible. Buyer be warned.

Too Acidic
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to drink it for more than three days because it gave me bad acid reflux. I was hoping for a return but you can’t get your money back on this item.

This perks me up better than coffee.
Tastes terrible, must be mixed in something like a bucket of flavored yogurt or something. I mix it with my peanut butter. It sure perks me up, though.

Pricey but absolutely worth it!
Love this mushroom powder. I’m calm, clear and ready to start my day after using my nutrabullet to quickly blend this into my coffee. I see a noticeable difference in my energy level - no more afternoon pick-me-up needed!
