Don't buy this
Don't buy this fridge. I paid $900 for it and a year and a half later, the fan started rattling. It is very loud. Sometimes it stops cooling the refrigerator compartment. GE only guarantees this product for a year. The appliance repair people tell me the fan unit is a poor design and it would cost me more than $300 to fix an 18-month-old unit. My repair service warns me against ANY GE products and after a very poor experience with customer service, I must agree.
