Great Heat Wrap — Just Make Sure You Check the Size! I’ve been really happy with these ThermaCare heat wraps. The heat lasts 8+ hours, which I really love because I don’t have to keep reheating a heating pad throughout the day. It’s so convenient to put one on and go about my day. The material is also really comfortable against my skin. It doesn’t itch, feel scratchy, or bother me, even after wearing it for several hours. It’s a nice fit and stays comfortable while I’m moving around. The only thing I would definitely mention is CHECK THE SIZING before you order. I purchased the Small/Medium, and it ended up being way too small for me. I wish I had paid more attention to the size options before ordering. Other than that, I really like these and would purchase them again. Great long-lasting heat, comfortable material, and very convenient to use!

These help my back so much. They really help. They alleviate the pain in my back because my muscles get tight and the pain can be really bad. They are a bit pricey but they really do work good. As soon as they are removed from the package they start heating so do not open it until you are going to put them on. They stay in place and are not heavy.

These heat wraps are fantastic. They provide consistent heat for hours and are so much more convenient than being stuck sitting with a heating pad. I love that I can put one on and continue going about my day while getting heat exactly where I need it. They’re especially nice when my lower back is sore or tight. I keep these on hand because they actually get used—not one of those products that ends up sitting in a cabinet. Definitely recommend.

First of all- the heatbWORKS in just the area you need it to Second , the wraps fit comfortably, snugly and stay in place Third the heat lasts at least 8 hours while the redidusl heat lasts much longer Fourth excellent for back muscular back pain and in my case spine disalihnment after checking with my dr for ok!

Works well, no complaints. The belt isn't wide enough unless you stretch and pull it together. If your waist is larger than 34 inches, you may need a larger size if available. This item gets pretty hot, so follow the instructions.

I didn’t notice if these heat wraps for backs came in different sizes (?) but the straps were too short to reach around my waist (I have a 34” waist) and didn’t have very effective sticky tabs. I ended up having to use some medical tape to attach the wrap. The heat produced was fine but I won’t be buying these again. Will instead use the Thermacare Neck wraps for my lower back, which work quite well.
