I’ve seen two different packaging options. The one shown here with a blue background and another in white/silver. What is the difference?

The blue package is just the European version with French/German language on packahe; It’s just the packaging that is different. SAME Part number/product.

is it worth buying a seperate head to shave my pubes or do you guys all use the same one?

Take it into a Walmart or target to find out. I did that and they opened the package to see if it worked for me.
