Maybe if I took it more regularly. I only take it when I feel congested, but it works right away for my mucus/sinus issues, so I definitely recommend it for that. These capsules are super tiny, way smaller than my old brand, very easy to swallow, and don't have any weird taste or smell. Despite the smaller size, I find these just as effective as my previous brand. I often only take 1 capsule instead of the recommended 2 because I feel that it's usually sufficient. I usually take it in the morning with coffee on an otherwise empty stomach and haven't had any issues or discomfort. In fact, I think it's best taken on an empty stomach or between meals in order for it to work. I also like this brand's products in general. The quality always seems on point, and I like that they list their certifications and third party testing.
