Curbed my Sugar Craving!
The hype is, these microbes compete with the "bad" sugar bugs for food, starving them out. Not saying that's how it works, but within 10 days my sugar craving disappeared. I still have a bad habit to contend with, just not the compulsion.

Great for gut biome balancing and cheaper than Florastor
I started using this instead of Florastor because of the high cost of Florastor. I find that it works equally effectively to keep my gut biome in order. I use it if/when I have been prescribed antibiotics to offset yeast. It's easy to swallow and taste-free. Has no odor either. I highly recommend it.
