These are the perfect pick me ups for when I’m sick. Winter is coming so I am stocking back up again. Very easy to make the beverage; very straightforward, just hot, boiling water and I always add a splash of lemon juice which brings out some of the other flavors in it. So, you could say this product “works well” considering how simple it is to whip up some meds to get over a cold or to decongest:l. It’s pretty tasty too and sometimes I drink it when I’m not even sick lol. However, it certainly does relieve my symptoms when I consume this, especially if I catch it early. This product doesn’t affect my sleep in any way and it’s a great value for the price.
