Very sharp and all, but rips meat. Not what I expected for the price. Gave them away and bought other knives.

Do not cut well....
They came packaged very lovely. Knives had a good weight and felt really good in my hand. However they did not cut well at all. I kept them in the drawer and would try to use them on and off but they just shred anything I try to cut with them.

Good knives
Fifty two years ago we were given a set of steak knives for a wedding gift. They were starting to wear so we decided to replace them with the Tyrellex knives. So far not disappointed. Will review again in fifty years, God willing.
