Sleek, Compact, and Secure
This Herschel Charlie RFID wallet is exactly what I was looking for! The minimalist design is perfect for carrying just the essentials without any bulk. The RFID protection is a great bonus for added security. The quality feels premium, and the stitching is well done. Cards fit snugly but are still easy to access. Overall, a great everyday wallet that’s stylish and functional. Highly recommend!

Quality all around
Been running this for over a year now. Holds onto cards pretty well, I've no worries about that. Simple, high quality, lightweight.

You have to work a few things out but great wallet.
First off I have been using this wallet for a few months I like that is a textile, (I'm vegetarian and for ethical reasons don't use animal products) I do use it daily and wanted to something that had RFID blocking, since now its easy for someone to use a scanning device to get information off your cards, I use my phone for most of my purchases but sometimes you need a card and in these recent times some businesses don't take currency or cash you got to have your cards with you I only carry four cards my ID,Debit Card, Credit Card and a gift card, I do use the cash slot sometimes oh and take that stupid tag out the slot is useless with it in there. I've read reviews on this wallet about frayed edges or threads sticking out, well a BBQ lighter makes quick work of that problem but take your cards and cash out first😁 After a few months of using it daily I carry in my front pocket, no problems or wear. The othe issue I read about is getting cards out of the slots getting stuck on the stitching, thats good to keep the cards in their slots, Easiest way to remove a card stick your finger between the back of the card and the wallet and the card will raise up a bit and then it can be pulled out. Yes I like it alot, and now I see got a camo pattern one.

Great if you're ok with giving up a few things
I bought this for $22, which seems a little pricey for a wallet, but at least it's not $100 like certain name-brand metal wallets... At first I didn't think I'd be able to get away with replacing my wallet with this one, because it didn't seem to fit everything I needed. But with a few adjustments, I was able to get it set up perfect. What you have to give up: - Nothing bulky will fit. For me, this meant putting my keys with my car keys instead of in my wallet. - Plastic, full-size insurance cards. Print them out instead. - Massive amounts of cash / small bills. You might have to switch to having larger bills only ($50s/$20s), depending on how much you want to have. - Any coupons, rewards cards, gift cards, etc. - Any more than 10 cards. 10 is pushing it. I have 2 CCs on one outside, Id on the other along with cash, and then two in the middle pocket (FSA card and debit card for getting cash). And paper copies of insurance cards in the middle. You could fit 2 thin, regular CCs in each outside slot, but it would be a tight fit. Definitely no metal cards can double up. Here are some tips for setting it up: - Try to put more flexible cards on the outside slots. These areas will want to bend more, so flexible cards will work best. This goes for cash as well. - Don't push the cards down all the way in the wallet. The easiest way to get them out is to press against them and slide them out, but this is much easier if you have more surface area to press against. - Definitely put your most-used cards on the outside. The middle pocket is very difficult to get things out of. - Print copies of insurance cards on paper and slide them in the middle pocket. It's stupid that we still have to carry these around anymore, most of the time they can look up your information online based on birthday and name. All in all, a great wallet if you only want the bare essentials for using everyday. The middle pocket really sucks to dig stuff out of, but it keeps the wallet very slim. I think it's worth it to have that be a pain every once in a while in order to have a very thin and stylish wallet.

Solid Wallet, just a smidge to rigid on the edges
This wallet packs a bunch. I've bought a ton of minimalist wallets over the years, hoping to find the be all end all. While this wallet is definitely good, it's just too rigid around the edges. I keep five cards on me (ID, Insurance, CC, Debit, Costco) and maybe one to three bills at any given time. The outside pockets are great and sliding cards in and out is fairly easy. It's a bit snug now, but I'm sure it would lighten up just a bit in a matter of days. The middle pocket (cash pocket) is great in that it is basically exactly the size of US currency folded in half. I've been halving to fold my money in quarters for the last ten years as most of the minimal wallets I've come across are smaller in dimensions than a half folded dollar bill. So that's definitely a bonus and something to keep in mind as not having to fold the bills again literally makes them half as thick. It is a tight squeeze to get money in there, but again I imagine this would be less so over the next week as things stretch out a bit. The reason I'm going to return this wallet is that although it holds my cards really well, and has a perfectly proportioned cash pocket, is that the wallet as a whole just feels really rigid around the seams. Perhaps this wouldn't be the case with the leather variant (sold out at the time of my purchase), but the strong fabric, great sewing, and square corners just don't make this super comfortable in the pocket. If the corners were rounded, or the material a little "softer" then I'm sure the carry would be more comfortable allowing the wallet to slightly bend to the curve of the leg. Nitpicky? Yes. But you are reading Amazon reviews for a reason and I just wanted to give you the scoop.

Considering a front pocket wallet? This is it!
I bought two of these back in February for a friend and I. He was using a Ridge wallet and I was using a leather bi-fold. My wallet was absolutely trashed, but more importantly, thick and bulky. His wallet had cracked (just the plastic front piece, still structurally solid) and the elastic bands were worn out. We both wanted slim wallets that we could fit in our front pockets. I have always carried my wallet in my rear pocket, but it was starting to cause back pain. My buddy kept his in his front pocket, but he had so many cards that it was uncomfortable. After 5 months, we are both still very satisfied. First off, this wallet will make you cut down on the amount of unnecessary cards you carry. I had membership cards and gift cards that were years old, needless to say, I had no reason to have been carrying them for years. After throwing away more than 10 cards, I'm down to about 6. At first, the pockets are TIGHT. After a couple weeks, it breaks in slightly and is much more useable. After the initial break in however, they have stayed the same, i.e. not overly loose, no cards fall out. I keep 1-2 cards in each outside pocket and 2 spare vehicle keys in the center pocket, a few bills if I happen to have cash. The size is pretty much perfect for a front pocket wallet. I wear slim fit skinny jeans and the printing is about as minimal as can be expected. A small trade-off for greatly increased comfort versus sitting on a thick later wallet all day. After 5 months it is holding up wonderfully. No loose seams, no fraying, no looseness of the pockets. I would absolutely recommend this, especially at this price. You can spend more, but you won't get more for your money unless you need a formal wallet, or business wallet etc. For a casual wallet, it's perfect.

Did I finally find the perfect wallet?
I have tried other minimalist wallets, this one surprised me. Very well built, you can feel it. Holds 8-9 cards comfortably and disappears in the pocket. I can’t speak for the longevity, too soon to tell, but so far so good. Just a hint of color on the inside pocket for style but black is perfect for EDC. Comfortable for back or front pocket. I have a Herschel backpack that made me want to give this product a try, great quality on both. My only fear is warping my cards, happened with my maxpedition bifold wallet, which was otherwise perfect. All this being said I am pleased and pleasantly impressed, the only negative which I actually don’t mind is the lack of ID window. I thought I would want one but really they usually aren’t tight and your ID slides around so I’ll deal with it! I ripped the tags out of the center pocket which make it next to impossible to use.

Useful minimalist wallet with RFID protection (unsure if it works)
Good quality wallet. Very sturdy and minimalist. I am unsure how to properly use the silicon strap around it as it mostly gets in my way instead of helping keep the contents inside - while new the wallet pockets are very tight so even a single card in the wallet is not falling out. The wallet is so stiff that it is difficult utilizing the largest middle pocket, but that should loosen up with time. Will see what happens in a year.
