It's fantastic!
I bought the cheapest version without the back support and I highly recommend that version. I don't miss it 1% when doing leg lifts (it is my forearms supporting me, on the comfortable pads supplied), it is unlikely that the back support would match with most people anyway, and most importantly, the lack of a back support guarantees it won't be getting in the way when doing pull ups or chin ups. I'm 5'8" and so leg lifts work perfectly for me (my feet never touch the ground), maybe only up to 5'9"-5'10" though that would be the case. I cannot do nearly as many push-ups with the lower handles than I can do with my hands flat on the ground, which is good because it means I'm exercising different muscles and stretching better -- I've found these handle-based push ups are also resulting in me being able to do more with my hands flat on the ground. The dips are of two types -- one is by bending arms, which is, as I understand, another variant of the pushup that targets slightly different areas (and also another factor probably in me being able to do more regular pushups), and another via shoulder shrugs, which targets back muscles. For pull-ups and chin-ups, there are 8 or 9 height options from child size to probably a bit (if not much) over 6 feet, I use either the third- or fourth-tallest settings and that works for me. Took me about 75 minutes to assemble by myself, they provide two wrenches, both usually used at the same time, one to hold the nut, the other to turn the bolt. It's sturdy, not particularly heavy and probably a little wear and tear over time but doesn't seem to do much damage to carpet.

Sturdy and reasonably priced.
Total time to assemble was just a bit over an hour. The steel feels very sturdy. I bought it for the dip, push up and leg lifts aspect, not so much the chin up bar, and I’m not at all disappointed. Pros: bar heights, back pads and arm rests are adjustable, so you can easily find a comfortable setting. Very easy to strap a band for an assisted dip. Cons: I set the chin up bar to the highest setting to keep it out of my way for leg lifts and it felt a bit swaying when I tried a wide pull up. This is not set for a neutral pull ups I like to do, so I won’t be using that. I might just remove it. It’s almost like it’s made for me to do that. This is not a piece that’s meant to be stored away. It doesn’t take up a lot of space but it doesn’t fold up for easy storage either.

Worth the money
Works well, seems sturdy enough, rocks a little (6’4, 250). I put some weight on the bottom runners to solve that problem. Assembly was easy even without real directions 30-45 minutes tops. Definitely worth the money though a set of neutral handgrips for pull ups would be nice

The solid steel frame provides excellent support, allowing me to perform pull-ups, dips, and other exercises with confidence. It can handle my body weight and more, making it suitable for users of various fitness levels. The pull-up bar is well-padded and comfortable to grip, which is essential for avoiding hand fatigue during longer workouts. I've noticed significant improvements in my upper body strength and back muscles since incorporating regular pull-ups into my routine. The dip station is another fantastic feature of the power tower. It allows me to target my triceps, chest, and shoulders effectively. The adjustable height feature is a huge plus, as I can customize the dip station to suit my preferences and exercise needs. What sets this power tower apart from others on the market is its versatility. Great Product, as long as you know your limits and its limits
This is one of my favorite purchases of all time. I have been using this product for 2 years, at least by now. Very stable product, adjustable height of the pull-up bar is a nice touch. The cushioning on the bar is starting to give out, but that's expected after a long time using it. So far in the time since I purchased it, I did weighted (+50 lbs) pull-ups/chin-ups, weighted dips, hanging leg raises, and a front lever for a few seconds. Totally not bragging, just letting you know how stable this product is, although I can't recommend doing any dynamic movements on it as it should shake and reduce your chances of safety. I am base 175 lbs, 5'10".
