Very useful ice-pack
Large ice pack is exactly what we needed. It stays flexible when frozen and therefore can be strapped around a swollen joint etc. Great for reducing swelling and pain relief.

Really good
Top ice pack, folds nicely to fit in the freezer, wrap around limbs etc. Retains its 'coldness' for a longtime and is powerful enough to be effective thru clothing too which is a massive benefit....defo recommend

Great little cooling pouches
Perfect little pouches to put on eyes to reduce swelling and relieve pain. Didnโt stay cold for too long though - I guess likely due to their size. Easy to use, and perfect to flex / fit around the eye area.

Good size and can be used hot or cold
Itโs really helpful for my back. I have one permanently in the freezer and another one to heat up. Itโs a good size so covers the whole of my lower or upper back. Would definitely recommend.

the pad is probably a bit bigger than i needed, but since it a has three panel design, I am able to fold it over and use it like that. It is firm and sterdy, without being hard and uncomforable. I am using cold, with the air temperature and it is cool enough to suit my needs, I have not yet tried it in the fridge or freezer. As others have said, the strap isn't very long. I haven't needed that but please bear that in mind if you're planning to wrap it around. I am getting on well with it, so I recommend it.

Helped with plantar fasciitis treatment
I bought these on recommendation for treatment of plantar fasciitis. It was recommended to do cold then hot for approx 20 minutes a number of times a day. I have tried this for a week and it seems to have benefited me, with less pain. I'm hoping it reduces inflammation and triggers healing, as I've had the condition for nearly 2 years. It says on the box you can also use them to do hot application by putting in the microwave for 40 seconds. I would strongly not recommend trying this. I put 1 in and it ruptured and started hissing and released some of the gel inside after just over 20 seconds in an 800W microwave! So I would stick to using a hot water bottle for the heat. Also, make sure you don't put it directly against your heel without something in-between. I did a couple of times and this caused a cold burn. So keep a sock on and maybe use a tea towel as well. Otherwise I'd recommend these for treatment of plantar fasciitis, as it's definitely helped me and they easily fit in the freezer and easy to use.
