I purchased Dr. Scholl's Heel Cushions with Massaging Gel Advanced in the men’s size for my daughter, who wears a women’s size 11, and they work perfectly. The cushions provide excellent support and cushioning, giving instant relief from heel pain after long days of standing or walking. I love that the gel feels soft yet supportive, and the all-day shock absorption really makes a difference. They’re also easy to trim to fit perfectly in her shoes, which is a huge bonus. These are terrific. Supportive so my knees and calfskin don't hurt Well worth the money. I will by them for all my shoes that I wear everyday.

Dinged one star for slipping. I found the non-slip solution; wear a thicker sock. These insoles allowed me to walk comfortably for over 9 hours. They do absorb the shock pretty well. I wore them in boots with 3.25 inch heels and I felt no back pain, no hip pain & no plantar fasciitis pain. These are expensive for what you get, I would t be able to afford them often & I need far more than one pair-so take that into consideration. Easy to use and pretty durable.

These cushions do tend to migrate. They do not stay in place. I find myself constantly taking my shoes off to move the cushion to line up against the back of the ankle

Great if you stand or walk a lot, especially on concrete floors, the added cushion on the heel makes a huge difference in leg fatigue.

I recently purchased the Dr. Scholl's HEEL CUSHIONS with Massaging Gel Advanced in an effort to alleviate some heel pain I've been experiencing. While the product has provided some relief, I have to say that I am somewhat disappointed with the results. One thing that I really like about the cushions is the massaging gel feature. It provides a nice, soothing sensation on the heels and feels good after a long day on my feet. The cushions also stay in place well and are comfortable to wear. However, despite using the cushions as directed, I have not seen a significant improvement in my heel pain. I have continued to experience discomfort and have had to rely on other methods, such as stretching and icing, to get relief. I should note that I have had some success with other Dr. Scholl's products in the past, so I am somewhat surprised that these cushions have not worked better for me. It is possible that my heel pain is simply too severe for this product to fully address, but I was hoping for more relief. Overall, while I do think the Dr. Scholl's HEEL CUSHIONS with Massaging Gel Advanced are a decent product, I cannot give them a higher rating due to the limited effectiveness in addressing my heel pain. If you have mild heel discomfort, they may be worth a try, but those with more severe pain may want to look for a different solution.

I suffer from plantar fasclitis and these inner heels really help they are very comfortable

Get a full sole with a gel heel. These are uncomfortable and annoying.
