If you’re on your feet all day, these are worth it. They were easy to trim, fit perfectly in my shoes, and made a noticeable difference in comfort. By the end of the day, my feet weren’t begging me for a vacation. I’ll definitely keep buying these.

As someone who runs regularly, I’m always looking for gear that actually makes the training/racing easier, and this product really delivered. The fit can be easily customised as you can cut it according to the size of your feet and the material is easy to cut, it gives great support and cushioning to the feet—no weird rubbing, or adjustments needed as it is slipping resistance—which is huge when you’re logging longer runs. The material feels lightweight but durable, so it doesn’t weigh me down, and it holds up well even after multiple washes. I’ve used it in different conditions, from early morning runs to hotter afternoons, and it’s been consistently reliable giving me perfect cushioning and support. What I like most is that it’s clearly designed with runners in mind. The details that might seem small—like breathability, flexibility, and how it stays in place—make a big difference when you’re out on the road or trail.

It’s ok. Kinda uncomfortable in the beginning.

These are literally the most comfortable insoles that I have ever tried! I have bought every type of Dr. Scholls insoles and these running insoles are the most comfortable. The arch support is the perfect height. The cushioning is the most shock absorbent. I have tried many other brands that were more expensive and I always ended up returning them and ordering these instead. I don't run! It just so happens that the running insoles are the most comfortable for any purpose, and these are so great that they make cheap shoes feel like really comfortable expensive shoes. I put a pair of these in my dress shoes, my walking shoes, my hiking boots, my work boots, etc. I literally have a pair of these in all my shoes/ boots. They last a really long time, but I have to keep buying more because I keep buying more boots and shoes and I want a new pair of these in my new shoes for optimum comfort, no matter how much the shoes or boots cost. They really are the best!!! Buy them and you will be hooked too.

I was pretty skeptical at first, this was the first time I had to get any insoles and didn't know if it was all hype or not. And for a bit, they just felt different, and I couldn't gauge as I was walking if they were truly helping anything. But as soon as I started running in them it all made sense. These are like having shock absorption pads built into the shoe. It's hard to describe otherwise, but I can feel they really help me avoid any further metatarsal injuries as I run, which is why I got them. It's like running on clouds, but walking feels about the same to me. Since I started with these my running performance increased dramatically as I didn't need to worry about an accidental injury again, plus it just felt nice. I'll buy these again if I get a second pair of running shoes!

Medium arch, not too high and not too flat. There’s a second arch or bubble a bit lower than the toe area. This made my shoe feel extra tight and cramped. Tried it out for awhile, but ultimately had to switch the insoles out for something else. Wouldn’t recommend. I have flat feet and usually wear narrow shoes.

Super comfortable, upgraded my run quality

I've been running for almost 15 years now, and I'm the type of runner that wears their shoes far longer than the manufacturer recommends (really, replace $140 shoes every 6 months?). I bought these insoles because I was using the stock shoe insoles, and had plantar fasciitis return. I figured it was worth a try. For my other shoes, I can never seem to find insoles I actually like. They are usually too "squishy" for my liking and just never feel right. These are definitely a little squishy, and feel odd when you first wear them. It felt like there was a "ball" just above my forefoot. It felt weird to walk or run in them, but I decided to give it a chance. It felt like something that would settle in ( and it did, can't feel it anymore). Arch support is good. It makes my shoes fit a bit more snug, which is good so my foot is not sliding around. If you're a runner and need to replace your shoes insoles- these are very good. My favorite is Ortholite, but these are 2nd and that's not a bad thing. Definitely get these if you are having pain! Worth it.

i'm the kind of guy who typically runs their runners to the sole. i'm getting older and getting pain in the knees as well as an annoying corn on the bottom of my left foot. i've never bought new insoles before (usually just buy new shoes) - and decided to give these a try. they do take some getting used to, but it has made my treadmill runs more comfortable. i don't know the science behind it, but the insoles have changed the way i land on my feet ever so slightly - i don't even notice the corn on my foot when i run now. for the price, why not try these out - you might be surprised
