I have thyroid issues so things tend to move slow for me. The pills are not too big and have no taste, but you can smell a light hint of something - maybe some ginger? It smells natural and inoffensive. Most importantly they help get things moving gently, never any cramps.

It works well with no bloating or diarrhea.

They suck they do not work save yourselves the money do not buy this product

The first few times I took them I got relief from my daily constipation and I thought I had found a product that I could take. However, along with the relief came a lot of vomitting and alot of nausea. So I cut back on the number of pills I was taking, but then I didn't get the refief for constipation, but still had the the vomitting. I quit taking the pills and the vomitting quit too. So I have determined that there is something in the caplets that I can't take and I have quit taking the pills all together.

I have constant constipation issues since starting my weight loss journey months ago. I was having so much stress from it, trying so many products-prunes, beans, tons of fiber, miralax. I got this after hearing about it on IG. TMI but I didn’t have a BM for 3 days so I tried taking this last night and it fixed the situation first thing this morning. And it’s not aggressive, so gentle and just exactly what I needed. I have the vibe this is for occasional help, I won’t take it every day.
