The saline forms a fine, comfortable mist that's easy to breathe in. It really helps clear congestion and soothes my airways, especially during allergy season or when I feel a cold coming on. I've been using this with the portable nebuliser I also got on Amazon, and the combination is fantastic.

I use them to inhale myself and the baby when we are sick, it helps a lot, there are instructions inside, besides all the vials are disposable and very convenient, you don't have to worry that the shelf life after opening will pass quickly.
