Amazing product if you know what you're doing
Some of the other reviews on here really bothered me. This is an AWESOME product! It's easy to use, it's insanely convenient to get in a pinch because of the fast shipping, fish generally gravitate toward it, and it does not cloud the water. I purchased it yesterday for my shoal of baby pea puffers. They're notorious for being picky eaters and this is the 5th food (1st preserved) that I've tried. So far, so good. I also feed live food and frozen, but this is proving to be a hit with some of the skinnier baby peas. On that note, this is an easy food to mix in with some dewormer if that's something that comes up. Now, to address the mistakes in others' reviews. 1. No, this is not a live product. The description literally says, "non-living brine shrimp." Is it possible that some eggs got through and hatched during shipment, and therefore were briefly alive upon arrival? Maybe. Is it more likely that water current caused the shrimps to look like they were darting around? Yes. Because that's what water current does. It's not rocket science. 2. The description says "baby" brine shrimp. So if you're expecting bigger shrimp, you're going to be disappointed. The individual shrimps are no larger than the size of a period in 12 point font. It's perfect for fry or picky nano fish. It does not suit bigger fish. 3. This product does not kill fish unless you've done something wrong. Do not over feed. Remove uneaten food. Turn off the filter while feeding so the food doesn't get sucked into it and create an ammonia spike. Again. Not rocket science. 4. If you're having trouble getting through it all within 6 weeks, freeze a portion. Should I mention the rocket science thing again? 5. This food is really, really buoyant for the type of product it is. Keep in mind it is a solid food. It's not a flake or freeze-dried food. It's denser than water and it does sink. However, it floats around with the current for a good couple of minutes in freshwater and is very easy to stir up. Anyway. This was a great find. I will be purchasing again in the future.

Good experiences all around
Have used this stuff a lot through an Amazon subscription. The fish love it and it works very well for small/"nano" fish (my neon tetras love it too). The particles are small and truly suspend in the water unlike most options. Keeps in the fridge for about 4-6 weeks if you don't double dip with the scoop it comes with. The older it is, the fishier and runnier it seems to get. I usually open a new one every 6 weeks for my 20 gallon aquarium (I probably use it every 3-4 days). There is a natural seafood smell to it. I would assume anyone getting a bad batch would be an isolated incident (I have gotten at least 30 of them). Don't leave it baking in your mailbox.

Perfect Brine Shrimp Solution
Okay, so I bought this Ocean Nutrition Baby Brine Shrimp stuff, and honestly? It's been a lifesaver. I've got a bunch of tiny fry in my tank, and they're super picky eaters. Trying to hatch brine shrimp myself was a total pain, so this ready-to-go jar has been amazing. Seriously, it's so easy. Just scoop out a little with the tiny spoon they give you, and boom, fish food! My little guys are gobbling it up, and I've definitely seen them growing faster. Plus, it's not just for fry โ my corals and even my smaller fish are loving it. The fact that it's good for both freshwater and saltwater is a huge plus for me since I have both types of tanks. And you get a ton of brine shrimp in one jar! It's definitely worth the price, especially with the discount I got. Just remember to stick it in the fridge after you open it. I'm really happy with this purchase, and I'll definitely be buying it again.

Fantastic food but terrible lid
This is a fantastic food for finicky tiny fish, I do have Chili Rasboras who are so tiny that they just ignore any food of traditional size especially if it sink too fast. The instruction says to shake well before opening and this has to be done every time you have to open it BUT.... the lid on the bottle is not perfectly sealed and some food spills from it every single time you shake it after the first opening. Other than that, it is great, food particles float long enough in the water column for the tiny monsters to feed on it which is very difficult with any other kind of food.

All dead โ ๏ธ
Fry initially looked excited to eat these! But all ended up spitting them out. They collected at the bottom of our tank and rotted. Dead all of them. Now I'm left with a messy fry tank to clean up and no way to get my money back ๐

9 day old fry
This is the baby betta fry food you want to get because I've been feeding other ones and even though my fish ate it like it was really slow but this stuff as soon as I put it in my betta fries are about from the hatching stage nine days old today these ones my beta fries swam up and started eating off the leaves all the other food you know of course I had to put snails down in there because they just wasn't eating the food and it was sinking to the bottom I didn't want to turn the filter on yet this is my first time with baby fry I hatched out baby snails before breeding Alexander and Sophie so so far so good they're so small though I had the hardest time even finding them after I took Alexander out I thought he ate them all the only way I can describe what they look like and I know it's hilarious but if your child ever had head lice and you ever pulled an actual hatching half hatching lice off of a hair strand that's what to look for in the water they're that small like literally you have to turn off all the lights and shine a flashlight through the tank to even see them ๐lol but anyway back to the review so I was iffy on buying any of the beta fry food with claims that it was small enough for baby betta fry. And even though there's some bad reviews on here for this product I will just go ahead and buy it because like I said I was iffy too and passed this over and put it to in my save later cart and bought some of the other ones that my baby fry wasn't happy with it comes with a little spoon so what I did was I just dipped my spoon down in it without actually getting a clump out and then I dab on top of the water above the leaves all around in my tank and small amounts and these ones actually stay suspended longer than the other stuff as well. give it a try mine wasn't spoiled or ruined or had any brownness on it it was fresh it came in a sealed pack and a sealed lid that popped up when I opened it with a tab over it.

Dial it in and itโs clutch
Nice product but you goat gage it right the lil spoon is actually a lot more than anticipated I dropped two spoons in a 29g tank and wow over feed was easily achieved stuck to the moss in tank after Dialing it in you definitely gotta give them enough to devour in allotted time go slow use a small water bottle to do feeding you can gauge from that I have a 40 fry and this stuff makes them grow nutritious as heck for them great treat for fry and juvenile polar blue parrots

Excellent product
My guppies loved it..and so did my baby betta. Perfect product as it disperses in water and fishes go hunting after it as they would after the live ones

Fabulous product.
Excellent product. I have 11 Fantail which I never intended to raise but hey ho, that sums us aquarists up- a few eggs in our aquariums and we all get excited! Even more so with an oranda or black moor spawning!!! After contemplating what to do with the eggs I transferred the plant that had eggs left before mum and dad ate the lot, helped them hatch, began with liquify No1, baby brine shrimp not available by me and as this was an unplanned spawning I did not have a shrimp hatchery set up, so, after watching a YouTube video about this, i ordered about the time the fry reached a week old. They LOVE it. As I only have 11 (was 12 but 1 was deformed) I shake the jar, take the lid off and with a clean little finger I scoop a very small amount and wiggle it in the surface water. Although it looks like a tiny amount, that tiny plop on my finger spreads very fast. I haven't had any die. They fill their tummies, swim around happily, helps with the growth of fins and with the water changes, these babies are growing perfectly. I have added a photo of one at 10 days afyer feeding instant baby brine shrimp, it shows fins producing nicely. It's also fantastic for pregnant guppies (they know what's good for them) and Neon tetras as they have trouble eating bigger foods. ( they do try though!) As for it spoiling in the time limit, it really shouldn't be used for longer that stated anyway as fry should be big enough to eat larger foods like Adult Artemia, Bloodworm, Daphnia etc. I hope this review helps. I find the product excellent.

Great For Jellyfish
Bought this as an alternative food for Moon Jellyfish and it works great! Stays in the water column much better than the dried jellyfish food and there is no need to re-hydrate since its already in a solution. Plus its WAYYY easier than hatching your own baby brine shrimp which I don't think is worth the effort. Highly recommended for jellyfish.
