Best budget headphones if you like bass
I'm no audiophile, mostly because I can't afford to be, but I do love listening to music, mostly metal and rock, but also lots of Asian (J- and K-) pop. I've tried several headphones from various companies, like Final Audio's E3000 and Zero Audio's Carbo Mezzo, both of which cost more than twice these CCA CRAs and I have to say, I far prefer these, both in terms of build and sound quality. First, the build on these are outstanding for the price. I love that the cable can be replaced, as that's usually the part that breaks (though I've never had that happen with any of my headphones). The included cable is sturdy and it comes with a variety of eartips, but this is where I knock off a point for comfort. None of the included tips gave me a good seal, which caused sound quality to suffer. That was easily remedied with a pair of Comply foam eartips I had lying around. After that, wow! Also, despite the heft of each bud, these never feel heavy in the ear due to the hooks that wrap around the ear quickly and comfortably, something I can't say for my Moondrop Chus. Now, on to sound quality. Once I switched out the stock eartips with the Comply foam tips, it was like night and day. Easily better than headphones I paid $40+ for. I listened to Nemophilia's debut track, "Oiran," on my Sony Walkman A25 MP3 player and a smile spread across my face. Most of my other headphones lack punch and tend toward more neutral sounds, perhaps feeling a bit technical and cold. These are definitely more fun and sound warmer to me. As I said, I'm no audiophile, so I almost never review headphones, simply because I know nothing about them other than if I like them, and I most definitely like these CCA CRAs, which are easily one of the best things I've purchased in 2022. My only caveat is that if you're going to buy these, think about picking up foam eartips to go with them.

Excellent. I Compared 3 cheap IEMs and this was my choice
I compared these three budget IEMs all within $18-$24 range: The CCA CRAs (with mic), KZ EDX (with mic), and KZ ZSN Pro. Overall: For the price, they all sound excellent and it's very hard to tell any difference. A decade ago you'd pay $70+ for this kind of sound. They're all a great value. With that said there are some minor differences. ZSN Pro - $24 [Left in photos] https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q9LW32M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1 - This doesn't have a mic. And MAY sound slightly better than the other two, but it's very hard to tell even when comparing these back to back. So there is no way you will notice a difference among the three when you use them. And this does come at the highest price, so while these are still excellent for the price, I returned these and kept the CCAs. KZ EDX (wth mic) - $18.50 [Middle in photos] https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BB6V5QQW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1 - Unlike the other two, this cord doesn't have the tangle-resistant outer sheath. - It has a mic, but it sounds worse than the CCA's. - However, it is the cheapest of the three, making it still a great deal. With that said, I returned these and kept the CCAs mainly for the better mic CCA CRAs (with mic) - $22 [right in photos] https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09NNGSCXH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 - This was mid price among the three. I chose this for two reasons: 1. because its cord seems least likely to tangle. Although it's similar to the ZSN's cord, it feels a bit more smoother. And 2. its microphone sound clearly better than the EDX's microphone.

Great sub bass with sparkly highs
I'm new to IEMs and bought a few inexpensive ones that had lots of good reviews in order to get a feel for whether or not IEMs are for me, and if so, what types of tunings I might prefer before spending money on a more expensive set, and the CRA was one of those inexpensive IEMs that I purchased. I love this set for trance, EDM, etc. I have been listening to things like Feed Me, Gramatik, Gareth Emery, Biesmens, etc. on these, and I think they sound fantastic in these genres for the price! The detail isn't particularly sharp, so these are more for fun listening than for critical listening, but I mean, they're $15-$20 online, and at that price point, they sound great if you like a lot of bass and treble with scooped mids. The only thing I have against them is that they push against a part of my ear that I didn't even know I had until I bought these, and after 20 minutes or so, it starts to hurt, so I can't listen to them for more than a few songs at a time. That's probably for the best though, because I tend to listen to these at a higher volume than the other sets I have because of the great sub bass. Pros: Great sub bass Sparkly highs Low cost Cons: Big and uncomfortable (for me) I would totally recommend these for $15-$20! If you have $20 disposable income for IEMs and want some bass without totally destroying the mids, I don't see how you can go wrong with these.

Great First IEM's
I'm actually pretty blown away at how nice these are! I'm not an audiophile or anything but I'm very impressed by the sound quality and the comfort. They're not advertised as noise cancelling but because of the design it actually does cancel a little bit of noise, even with my music at a low volume. Pleasantly surprised and would buy again!

Great for those who love "V" sound signatures, but very sharp highs
The mic quality is very poor. Cheap feeling, and even cheaper sounding. Just get the version with no mic to save a few bucks. Onto the IEM's themselves. they have a great sounding deep bass and sub-bass, with decent mids that are missing a bit more detail than I would like. However the highs are definitely polarizing. if you're someone who is sensitive to sharp highs then this IEM is not for you. I routinely have to watch out for songs that use a lot of T's and S's because the sheer sharpness from them can be grating on your ears. Decent build quality, and surprisingly comfortable. All around a fun IEM to listen to if you're looking for a different flavor of audio that isn't trying to be referential, and the price is low enough to where you won't find yourself regretting your purchase if they aren't your particular cup of tea.

Great for price
Super great for the price, a little big so it won't go all the way in your ear. Very durable and nice quality. The sound is great, it's crisp and has good bass.

Best value IEMs I've ever used!
When my favourite IEMs finally died after 5 years of service and I couldn't replace them (R.I.P. RHA), I started looking for a viable replacement. While researching I was surprised to learn that the quality of IEMs from China have skyrocketed in the past few years, leading me to pick up these ones. WOW! At $30 CAD these bad boys are just as good as my old pair that ran me $100 back in the day. I'm no hardcore audiophile, but they seem have a mostly neutral frequency response (maybe a bit V-shaped), which is great for me since I prefer hearing my music the way it was mixed. Bass is strong but not overly so or bass-boosted by any means. Mids and highs are crisp and clear. Vocals don't feel drowned out by instruments. Sure, there are better IEMs out there, but I doubt you'd find anything else this good at this price, so this get's the best value rec from me. My only criticism is the poor mic quality on the version that comes with a mic on the cable, which I should have seen coming. It's practically useless for phone calls or voice chat, but I bought these mostly for listening, so it doesn't bother me too much and thus doesn't take any points off my review. Plus since the cable is removable, I'll probably just get another one without a mic in the future. If you're unsure which version to get I recommend getting the mic-free one so you have a TRS connector instead of TRRS, the latter of which may be annoying to use with certain DACs/amps/mixers/interfaces.

Good Product
Yeah, it does what its written. Its cool looking. Audiophiles will love it. Its doesn't have the bass but audio quality is krisp (you dont need bass in your ear canal). It comes with a case so easy to carry around. Fitting is pérfecto.

Fantastic in ear monitors for sound recording.
I watched a video review from Keaton Nye about audio gear, and he recommended these in ear monitors. I used them yesterday to record some interviews and I think they sound fantastic. They sound clean and clear. No processing. The cord is strong and a good length. I'll be using these for a while.
