Ergonomic and effective, but requires adjustment.
Bought this for improving wrist posture during long hours at the desk. What I like • The ergonomic design helps reduce wrist strain, especially during extended typing sessions. • The right-handed orientation is comfortable and natural to use. • High-quality build, feels sturdy and durable. What could be better • It takes some time to adjust to the unique design, especially if you’re used to traditional mice. • The size may not be suitable for people with smaller hands. • It could be a bit pricey compared to other ergonomic mice on the market. Bottom line: A great investment for improving wrist posture and reducing strain, but it might not be for everyone due to the learning curve and price. Perfect for users looking to enhance ergonomics, but consider alternatives if you have smaller hands or need a more budget-friendly option.

Great ergonomics
Fantastic product! Now a permanent staple at my desk setup. Helps alleviate wrist pain and glides very smoothly.

EDIT: I hate that I use this thing so much. Held together by weak glue
I've had mine for only a week or so and the bottom pad is pulling apart. Turns out it's held together by a thin bead of glue and that's it. It's embarrassing how much this costs considering the quality. Otherwise it's comfortable and fit the need I had. I wish it was executed better, and cost less. **Edit** After a few months of use, despite my initial frustration with build quality, my carpio has become a staple of my desk. Yes, the pieces were glued together. Yes, I've lost half the item to the trash bin as it fell apart. Yes, I'm still using it to this day. Review adjusted up a touch.

Good product
It takes time to get used to, but it actually ended up helping after a couple weeks.

Hurts my wrist
There's a weird gap in the middle that makes it hurt my wrist. I tried getting a larger size and it still hurt the same way. It's nice that it's light enough to move around with the mouse, but it did not work for me. This did not help my carpel tunnel or cubital tunnel syndrome. I ordered a stationary one with cushions and it works a lot better than these expensive ones from carpio.

Need more Cushioning
I love the idea of these but they need more cushioning. I love that they move with my mouse movements but they are just too uncomfortable for long use.

Game changer for wrist fatigue
As a remote IT worker and PC gamer, I spend a lot of time at my PC. I had been getting some wrist fatigue, even with traditional wrist rests, so I decided to try one of these guys. I can't believe how much it actually helps. My wrist doesn't hurt anymore. I'm recommending these to all my IT friends & coworkers.

Good Wrist Support
Pros: soft material on your wrists. No worry of rubbing. Top is made of a soft rubber so it grips on your wrist/lower palm. Good for those low profile wide mice like the Glorious Model O and other gaming mouse of that profile/shape. Defiantly does help for longer sessions weather that be for work or gaming. Cons: The large is LARGE. Like I've got 19.5x9 cm hands and the Large I feel like is too big for me. Forces my hand to flare out further than I'd like. Also, the depth of the support is just a bit too much for me. it bumps into the back side of my mouse and I can't properly rest my palm on the back of the mouse while trying to keep my lower palm/wrist on the glide. Not sure on the Small but I will be buying the Small to try in the future. See if that makes a difference.

Has been a great help in reducing wrist pain from long hours using the computer.

Its actually pretty damn good and comfy, just overly expensive, I couldn't find any other alternative for a support that allows/forces the whole arm to move not not just the hand, and that's what you really need for proper ergonomics desk and tendonitis prevention

Great wrist wrest very comfortable and feels premium. It’s a bit pricey,But worth the money,I had a generic ergonomic one before this one,And it’s no where near as comfortable as the Carpio 2.0,I highly recommend,Only mouse wrist wrest you will ever need.
