Great dumpling mold — makes the process so much easier
This is a very convenient tool, especially if you’re making dumplings in large batches. You just roll out the dough, place it on the mold, add the filling, and you instantly get many neat, evenly shaped pieces. The dough doesn’t stick if you dust it well with flour. It saves a lot of time compared to shaping everything by hand. Overall, a very useful tool to have in the kitchen!

So handy
The mold is plastic which I wish it would have been metal, but I have no other problems with it the dumplings don’t stick to it as long as it’s floured.

Ease of use and cleaning

Waste of money
I’m Ukrainian and grew up making pelmeni with my mom in the summers all day long to freeze up in ziplock bags for quick dinners. I wanted to buy my own mold now that I have my own family. This mold is the biggest scam. The dough gets stuck and when you go to roll the top with your second piece of dough since the mold is made with thin plastic the plastic doesn’t imprint the little raviolis. So disappointed.
