Ok, I'm going to break it down as best I can... -Taste: 10/10 - when compared to other fat burners, BCAAs, preworkouts, etc. this stuff absolutely dominates in taste! Mango is the only flavor I've tried and I ordered this one because I read it was the least sweet tasting. I absolutely love it! It doesn't have that terrible aspartame taste. The serving size is one scoop for 10oz of water and I think that's the perfect ratio but if you find it sweet, just add more water! -Mixability: 10/10 - it easily disintegrates into water! No clumps! -Quality ingredients: 10/10 - No dyes, no artificial flavors and no aspartame! This stuff has Vitamin C, B6, B12, Riboflavin, Niacin and Chromium (which I recently read a study on it's effectiveness for maintaining lean body mass while decreasing body fat percentage), a 'fat burning matrix' which consists of all the ingredients you've seen studies for and you've heard Dr. Oz talk about at one point :) (CLA, raspberry ketones, garcinia cambogia, L-carnitine, green coffee bean extract, grapefruit seed extract, etc.) -Effectiveness for giving you a boost to crush your workouts: 10/10 - I seriously feel like I'm exerting 200% effort when I drink this about 10-15 minutes before working out. Yesterday I was running at about 6.5 on the treadmill at an incline and I swear I felt like I could stay at that pace for hours. -Thermogenic for fat burning: 10/10 - It works. I haven't changed anything else about my routine (eating the same and exercising the same number of days doing consistent workouts) and this is definitely helping me cut! It's most noticeable around my waist. -Mood boosting: 10/10 - LOVE the way this makes me feel! It's like I've just taken a happy pill :) On days I don't train, I drink this in the morning and I feel like I can accomplish anything haha it's strangely effective. -Doesn't make you jittery: 10/10 - I really appreciate that this is not that uncomfortable kind of energy where you're shaky and sweaty. I had the starburst one, this one was definitely better than I use to have! I loved the mango flavor and I ended up getting the peach candy one as well, I still use it! I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and it’s been awhile since I had to purchase another item of these. Though it all depends how many scoops you get per work out. I normally take one per work out. It comes with a scoop so don’t worry about measuring anything 🙂

FIRST!! This made me 💩 after 15mins of consuming it. I think that “10 minute before exercise” instruction is bc you’re gonna goooo LMAO. 🤣 SECOND!! I don’t feel overly energized like my heart’s gonna jump out of my body, noooo. It’s enough to push thru my whole hour of workout session. And I SWEAT! I was just warming up and Im already sweating LOL. THIRD!! Tasty and it dissolves easily. There is a bit of texture but it’s not so bad and noticeable unless you really try to find it ykwim. That’s all. This product react differently to everyone so please do your own research before buying. 😊

Love the flavor of this one and definitely effective. Makes you feel less hungry, and way more energetic all while keeping away the jitters that something like pre workout would give you

At first I was skeptical to how much this would actually work but this makes you SWEAT when at the gym. The mango flavor is really good too if you prefer something more natural tasting. I definitely would recommend and you actually get a lot of scoops out of it for the price!
