Good quality thinning shears for me to use cutting my own pixie haircut. They fit nicely in your hand with a good guard. They are very sharp & are easy to use, should last a very long time.

I noticed some of the reviews on here don’t specify which shears were purchased, there are multiple different options. so i wanted to leave my own review on the thinning shears particularly. I have very long thick hair and always felt unsatisfied after a majority of my salon visits in the past so i started cutting my own hair at home, it’s been 4-5 years now. I use regular hair cutting scissors that i bought at Sally’s which works fine but leaves blunt cuts at the ends. I love having long hair, but my hair is VERY thick and can be a pain sometimes. I get headaches from the weight and it takes forever to blow dry + straighten. After cutting my own hair for so long, i decided to invest in some thinning shears. I knew that i would be happier if i got rid of some of the weight and made my hair appear thinner. I ordered it and it came in 2 days! (Amazon prime of course) so i used it right away. I just couldn’t wait! Anyway, i took off sooo much hair the scissors are VERY sharp so be careful. The quality is great, better than the ones you get at Sally’s.. In my opinion. After thinning my hair i feel confident and relieved. The best part was i did it at home by myself to MY liking. Im no hair dresser by any means but watching YouTube videos on hair thinning and cutting your hair at home has helped me evolve and create my own technique. So definitely look into that before you go chopping away. In result, my hair is still long but now it’s thinner and super quick to style. I never felt so brand new! These shears are great , I couldn’t believe how good they are for the price . I have everyone from my shop using them as well .

I bought these for my little Fatty McButterpants. Kitty. She is long-haired and has trouble cleaning her bib because the hair is so long. So I trim up her hair and some of her hair on the rest of her body because she just has so much of it. These are nice because they don't leave a blunt edge but they just kind of thin some of the extra fur on her. I have not tried them on people so I can't get any feedback for that. But they work great on my little feline.

I used them this week at work. I am very pleased. I will buy them again for sure.
