Have used these to install a little over 1000 square feet of LVP. It has held up very well. The tapping block has a few divots from where I ran it over a raised nail head by accident but aside from that, it’s still in good shape and can use it again when I decide to put the flooring in my basement. I found that it has a good weight to it as well which helps to ensure the planks are securely locked in. The pull bar is nice and sturdy too. I did add a couple more felt pads just to ensure it was not touching my new flooring but that was my personal choice. I read the different reviews before purchasing and was a little concerned but I’m glad I purchased this and would recommend it.

I was absolutely amazed how great the quality is of this product. Well-made and it works just perfect. Highly recommended.

Great for locking vinyl planking by sliding into the plank. Still have to be careful not to chip the delicate tongue and groove. You can also pound on the handle with rubber mallet to get spots that the hammer cant reach.

I have to say this tapping block is a game changer. I was skeptical before buying this thing because I wasn't sure it would be worth it since I had a different kit that I cluded a mallet, pull bar, and a tapping block with a lip that was designed for different flooring. I decided to get it and this made installation faster and less stressful. I didn't have to search for mallet to hit the tapping block to lock pieces in (I only had to use the mallet and pull bar for the ends or right corners). It was heavy enough and the right size. Do yourself a favor and get it.

If you are putting in a nice wood or laminate floor this is the tool to use. We originally bought a flooring kit from a big box store and it was junk. This block is the perfect tool to make flooring installs go smoothly. I highly recommend it.

Works very well. I've never used one of these before, but saw one on YouTube. It's heavy enough that you don't need to hit it with a hammer. It only requires one hand to use. Watch the you tube video. Makes installing flooring much easier. Highly recommended.

Works as intended but the powder coat finish will chip off if you do not use an rubber based tool.

By far the best tool for click flooring install. 1400sqft completed on my own with ease due to this device. So much better than scrap piece and hammer. Pieces drop into place with one or two taps

This product worked extremely well when I was installing floors. It's good and heavy so you don't need a rubber mallet and the handle is made with strong wood.
