This is perfect for what I needed, only thing that knocked off 1 star was the fact that there was no paperwork/booklet of any kind with the charger. Love the ability to turn the volts to desired level.

This 24w power supply is compact - only 3 1/4" by 2". It has a non-polarized plug which makes it easier to fit into a wall or power strip. It is light weight and does not waste energy as it uses a filtered and regulated switching power supply. A small blue LED serves as a power indicator. The output connector is + positive on the inside and - negative outside. To reverse polarity use a short connector cord. The broad selection of connectors should accommodate any modern electronics including USB devices. A standard USB socket is located on the power pack next to the cord. The output voltages seem to be accurate. The 9 volt setting gave 9.18v unloaded and 9.0v loaded. The tested unloaded voltages were-- 12.3/9.18/7.6/6.04/5.32/4.5/3.07. The USB socket was 5.12v and supports 2.1A.

The power supply works very well. A user just needs to remember to check the voltage setting if changing to a different object.

This AC adapter feels lightweight and cheap. Not like the solid one I grew up using. I wish there were more well built products on the market these days. On the plus side, it has many options/connectors.

Compre el adaptador para revisar si una de las puntas le quedaba a esta balanza electrónica Ohaus que no viene con el adaptador correspondiente, estoy más que contento porque una de las puntas le quedó a la balanza y pague $298 en lugar de $1400 que costaba el original con una empresa importadora aquí en México. Así que, ya me olvide de las 4 pilas AA que necesita la balanza para funcionar, en mi caso recomiendo al mil este adaptador!

This does not buzz at all, which means it works perfectly for my headphone amp (after using the center negative adapter). The adapter that was included with my amp made an awful buzzing sound, but this replacement is completely silent.

It has a very good power capacity (30Watts) and all the needed power terminals. The incredible thing it also has a separate usb port, so that makes it perfect for when you want to energize an Arduino or Esp32 via usb AND use another voltage for the sensors or actuators! Way better than most power supply that I bought in the past. I need to buy another one, for my next project, and will probably buy a third one as a spare, just in case that they stop aelling this model. A no brainer, YOU NEED TO BUY THIS ONE MODEL!

Great little adapter, Bought it for my Panasonic Shockwave, and only discovered it also has a USB charging plug built in. I wish that much attention to detail went into it when judging the length of cable needed,.. really short cord, which is why 4stars not 5
