Can I use this to put two folders, a notebook plus my camera gear? I want it to double as a backpack for my classes.

This camera backpack can store camera gears and up to a 15.6" laptop. The inner padded removable dividers can be reorganized according to your own needs, generally A4 folders are okay to store.

Is there a zipper on the roll top where you could put clothes?

Yes, there is a long zipper for 3-5 pcs clothes and other essentials.

Is there a divider that can remove the camera gear compartment and Upper department to make a bigger space within the backpack?

Hi, Tarion PB-L and RB-02 DSLR backpacks can do it as you want. For your reference: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CZGRRKY https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079JS4FWM

can i adjust each section to what ever size i want

Yes! You can! It’s super easy the velcro can get annoying but it works well!
