No screws, as clearly shown in picture!

This item came with no screws as advertised in the picture. The original screws are damaged from someone previously trying to get them out without using the proper torx bit, so I do need them. I'm returning for exchange, but not optimistic that it will come with them in the replacement either. Poor quality control!
