good product for immune support
always feel like this product helps me stay strong during cold/flu season. it helps prevent colds and if i take it during a cold i do feel it shortens the life of the cold.

Ok, so I got this as a substitute for my usual Jade Screen tea pills. Never again. The taste gags me. It may work, it just tastes nasty.
