Do these fit female hands and wrists? I don't see any sizes to select from.

I'm a pretty good size guy and they fit my hands really well it won't hurt to have a little leather sticking out the side of your hands I think they'll work fine for you

I’ve never washed them and they don’t seem to need it. However, the brown lifting straps are leather, so I would assume a cleaner made for leather would be appropriate.
